This is the place... At our condo, there's room for everyone & something to do for everyone, too! Boat, fish, or ski on the lake... swim at one of our pools (new Olympic-sized pool!) ... shop at the Osage Beach Outlet Mall (1/2 mi away) and numerous specialty shops... golf at one of the many nearby golf courses... and much more is all right here at Lands End, Grand Meridian, at the 19 mile marker!
Want to just relax? This condo has a magnificent view overlooking the main channel so you can just sit back and relax on the large deck enjoying the incredible view for miles and watch the sunset -- or warm up in front of the fireplace at night - and still watch the magnificent lake!! The main pool faces the southwest with a gorgeous view of the main channel and the Grand Glaize arm.
From the parking lot there's an elevator for easy loading/unloading & for those who can't use stairs. A private covered 12'X36' boat slip is also available.

Dan and I are IT professionals who love going to the lake, being outdoors, and boating. We purchased this condo when our building was just being built in 2005. Our 3 children were only 4, 6, and 8 years old at the time. After viewing the display units and then walking through our unfinished unit where walls had just been put up, our 4 yr old was very disappointed that we were buying a unit w/o paint, carpet and toilets! He was very excited to see the final finished brand, new unit w/furniture in it. The picture above shows 2 of my children playing in the wading pool. They love standing under the buckets of water, waiting for them to fill and dump on them. They also love any activities which involve water, especially swimming, skiing, tubing, boating and jetskiing. As they get older and our schedules have become filled with activities, we come to the lake less and less often, but do look forward to several weeks of family vacations each year here at the lake at our 'home away from home.' and look forward to retiring here and bringing our children and grandchildren here for years to come.
Growing up in the St. Louis area as a child, my husband and his family used to vacation in the Osage Beach area often. When we married, I started going on vacations with his extended family to the lake and fell in love with the area and its beauty. We decided to purchase a place of our own, and after shopping for nearly 6 months, viewing numerous condos all over the lake area, we decided on Lands End. It was just being built, and had many features we liked from an open floorplan, to a gorgeous view and great location, to quality construction and more. Having a brother with spina bifida and planning to eventually retire to the lake, wheelchair accessibility not only in our unit, but throughout the complex was also important.
We love the layout of the complex with easy access to the pools and docks. The view is one of a kind -- and straight up the main channel, not looking at another condo complex across a crowded bay. The great room inside the condo is conducive to being a part of what's going on, even if you're in the kitchen cooking. With the large open area, there can be alot of people without being crowded. And you can view the lake while preparing a meal!
