Enjoy an escape to the beach in this popular southern Maine seacoast town, off-season and have the beach all to yourself. Plenty of outlet shopping in nearby Kittery or take a drive up the coast to Freeport for more shopping..

Sunny and spacious, our home is an easy 5 minute walk to either Long Sands or Short Sands beach and the downtown area. It is located at the very beginning of the Nubble peninsula, in a quiet, family neighborhood. Guests that arrive after Memorial day can head on downtown, where you will find something for everyone, night clubs, zoo, amusement park, restaurants, retail stores and and the lovely boardwalk overlooking Short Sands Beach.

The home is equipped with all amenities for a comfortable stay, including a gas grill, an outside shower, a large picnic table and off street parking for 3 vehicles.

Just off of Church St. Ext. on the Nubble peninsula

Great place to vacation

This place is great. Location location location. Very clean and well maintained and comfortable. Kid friendly and adult friendly. Bedrooms are not cramped and very nice open floor plan. The best is you can walk to long sands or short sands in 5 min or less. The back yard is nice to hang out in and the outside shower is key. The owners are easy to communicate with and I would highly recomend this house to friends and family. We will be on our third year staying here.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Perfect location! This house is walking distance to everything and on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. It was very clean and had all the comforts of home. We can't wait to come back!
