The complex has 3 spring fed pristine ponds with 5 sandy beaches. Pat's Haus is just a 5 minute walk to 2 of those beaches. The complex also has a fenced playground, tennis courts and a basketball court. On the ponds you can use non- motorize water crafts and fish.

The main level of the chalet has beamed cathedral ceiling and ceiling fan. There is a very large living room with woodstove/fireplace, dining room, kitchen, full bath and a bedroom with a full-size bed. The lower level has 3 bedrooms, one has a full, another has 2 twins and the third is called the dorm room, great for children 2 sets of bunks and a full-size bed.
