Great Property for Families!

We just vacationed at April and John's house and it was splendid! The pictures are accurate! The house was very clean! April's communication skills were excellent! We would definitely enjoy staying here again and would recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you for great vacation!!!

John and April couldn't have made our vacation easier; they provided us with a beautiful home with beach tags, all kitchen amenities, and even tips on where to go in Brigantine! The house was a perfect amount of space for the five of us spending the week there, providing us with the comfort of a home and the relaxation of a vacation. The patio was perfect for grilling and dining outside, as it welcomed us for dinner every night. Closely located to restaurants, the beach, and Atlantic City, there was always something to do. We would highly recommend April and John's property to those looking for a relaxing vacation.

April and John provided the perfect Memorial day getaway. Everything we needed was provided as stated and we even made use of their BBQ for a wonderful meal. Thanks guys and this place is definitely not one to miss. Highly recommended. Johnny

My husband and I stayed on the 2nd floor unit for a week in May and had a great time. Just half a block walk to the beach. The unit was bright and cheery, nicely decorated. It had everything we could need to make us feel at home and it was neat and clean. Thanks, April for all you did to give us a great vacation!

This was my family's first vacation in the area of Brigantine and we have traveled extensively. The arrangements, amenities and overall hospitality was above and beyond what we expected. The house is immaculate and it had everything we needed for our family and guests. We look forward to coming every year!

We stayed on the first floor of this exceptional duplex. The owners are the first people I have met that go the distance. We had arrived earilier than we expected- so we called the owners and she was more then happy to get us into our wonderful summertime retreat! My boyfriend has family on the island and we decided to bring some friends along and he was blown away on how nice the owners were and how wonderful the duplex was! you have your own washer and dryer! Steps from the beach, your own patio to relax and a grill to use for whatever you buy at all the great places for food!!! We will continue to come back to this lovely duplex!! So if you are looking for a beach feel vacation and a home that lets you relax with more than enough room than this is the place to rent!! Prices are great and the owners make you feel like you are in a 5 star resort!!! Thanks April and John!!!!!!

This home is absolutely the best for me and my family (6 adults). We loved the deck out front, where we served drinks and enjoyed the afternoon shade after a day on the beach, which is only a short walk. In fact, we went back and forth from the house and the beach all day. The owner keeps the house well stocked from beach tags, nice linens (we loved the beachy feel of the house) to the gas grill and an electric grill when it rained. I also loved the outside shower, which kept all the sand outside. The location and accomodations were fantastic for such a reasonable weekly price. We've stayed in previous years and will continue returning the this home.
