Come and experience the White Mountains in our newer contemporary home built in 2004. This immaculate home truly offers four seasons of fun. Three floors of living space accommodates two or more families. Cathedral ceilings, lots of glass, multiple tree top decks and seasonal mountain views. Come and pamper yourself in luxury! Private outside hot tub with waterfall feature, big screen TV, home theater, movie library (VHS/DVD) and Playstation. Have dinner on the deck and listen to the brook as it rushes by just below the house. Walk (1/4 mile) to multi-million dollar recreation center (8 passes included). Rec center has multiple indoor and outdoor pools, exercise room, game room, pond with sandy beach. Cross-country skiing, hiking, biking trails close to house.

Everything was as described. It was a great house for our needs! Deb was great to work with and everything went very smoothly! If you are looking for a stay in the North Country, I would highly reccomend staying here! The house was clean, roomy and in a great location.

Beautiful Rental Home

My coworkers and I recently stayed here for a retreat. The house is beautiful and charming. The setup was ideal for our 7 person group. There are 3 floors to allow for personal space and privacy. We enjoyed the hot tub outside but never made it down to the rec center.
The owner Deb was very friendly and accommodating when we reached out to her.

Winter Getaway!

Deb & her Husband were great. Their house is truly a great stay. Everyone I traveled with had a wonderful time. There were six of us all together and we had plenty of space. All in all a great weekend nestled up in the woods with no complaints! As I told Deb we’ll be back!

Great family ski house

For active families, this is a terrific rental opportunity. The location is extremely convenient to Waterville Valley and the mountain is wonderful for both beginners and veteran skiers alike! The rear of the amenities including a rec. center with indoor pools, a game room, two outdoor skating rinks and a fitness center provided everything you could ask for! The house was clean and comfortable and Deb is a wealth of knowledge for the entire area. We had a great overall experience!

Awesome spacious place! Sweet hot tub

This place was really nice large and clean. I enjoyed the scenery and it was decorated very nicely. The TVs were not so nice, but that's not what we went on vacation for. There were a few days that were too cold to go skiing and snowboarding so the hot tub was a key player for the week. Parking was a little tight for more than 4 vehicles too, but that is no big deal either. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, this is it.

The house was very nice and clean, and everything was in a good condition.
We loved the set up with the kitchen and living room on the top floor we were able to gather as a group all together with plenty of space or find our own space downstairs.
We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to our friends.

Fantastic, Spacious Home!

Our family had a great time. The home is very clean, well maintained and furnished and stocked with what we needed. Deb, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with, and everything about the listing decsription was accurate. The hot tub was a hit with our kids, and the 3 floors gave everyone the space and privacy we needed. The nearby rec center was also great for swimming and games. We hope to return soon!

We had an amazing experience here! We are from Orlando, FL and were looking for an affordable, nice, and covenient place for my family, and my siblings families to all stay together. Deborah's house was the perfect place for us! We enjoyed the hot tub, rec center, the beautiful scenery, you name it! Deborah is kind, helpful, and easy to speak with and we would love to come back again for another vacation!
