Local knowledge: Having been both inland and coastal 'Mainers' since 1940's, we will provide area guides, maps, and share our knowledge to help you take advantage of the best of what our Coastal Maine offers!

Generally only the main portion of the house or the apartment would be rented at one time, however sometimes the rental may overlap a night. Very separate, perfect if bringing a nanny or relative who would like a 'private space'. Light , spacious with wonderful water views.
