Very confortable place to stay away from noise, my daughters and I enjoy shell fishing in the mornings. Very close to San agustin"s main attractions. truly enjoy it. will recommend it to anyone who wants a true getway.

What an amazing & wonderful vacation we enjoyed here! Everything was exactly as represented -- in fact, our own picture of the view from the condo matches the one here exactly. Cleanliness & maintenance were both superb. The owner was so kind & helpful & flexible. I've already recommended this property to several people & will continue to do so. We enjoyed every single moment of our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in St Augustine. Had beachfront view. Clean, comfortable accommodations. It was everything we expected. I would rent this property again. The description was accurate clean with many ammenities. We were right at the beach a very short walk. I would reccommend this condo. Great communication from the property owner. The onsite manager was easily accessable and very pleasant.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The view was great and the condo was clean and spacious. The new pool area is beautiful and well maintained. We plan to come back again next summer.

This townhouse is very clean and comfortable. This rental screams location, location, location. It is a 15 minute drive to historical sites and St. George street for shopping and steps away from the beach. For my family it was like being in paradise. A little something for everyone.
The owner of this townhouse emailed us a couple weeks inadvanced and told us the pool would be closed during our stay. We were informed a neighboring pool could be used if we wanted. When we got there, the office also relayed this info to us, and we were given the directions (only .04 miles away). We never did use the pool, we were more the pleased sitting out on the beach. This owner was very patient with us, we emailed him directly with many questions and we never felt like we were bothersome.
There were ample sheets, towels and a well stocked kitchen in this unit.They had many dishes,bowls, casserole dishes, pots and pans and utensils. This was a plus for me, for I was the meal maker in our group.
The office staff was very friendly, and offered to print out directions via map quest for day trips some members of my family wished to take.
On a more personal note....I take several vacations a year and rent condo/townhomes while on vacation, and I can honestly say we will be returning to this location. It had everything we look for in a place and the customer service we received was top notch. We couldn't of been happier with this find. Since being home I have emailed many of my traveling friends telling them of our stay. Word of mouth is the best advertisement and this location is worth visiting.
