This is a beautiful house that is accommodating for adults and kids. The open layout is great. The house is very clean, spacious but still homey. The kitchen is fully equipped and we cooked many big meals in it. We especially enjoyed the backyard - the grill, the pool and there is even a swing set. We stayed most of the long weekend in the house and didn't get bored. There is lots to do.

Henry, the owner, is easily accessible and was always available to answer our questions. The only downside to the house is the separate charge to heat the pool - if you use it - it can be costly. All in all, the house was a wonderful rental!

In short this house is fantastic - inside is very spacious, fully stocked and all with a hi-end stereo system. Whilst we didn't use the kitchen extensively everything you could ever need is there. The house feels more like a home than a rental. Outside is immaculate and the pool area delightful catching the sun throughout the day. Perfect end to most afternoons !

For someone who didn't know the Hamptons before this trip the house is ideally placed - within very short drives of East Hampton and Sag Harbour. Henry (owner) is always on hand too for suggestions / recommendations and checks in to make sure everything is as you hoped.

Would definitely rent again - next time perhaps with more than just the two of us.

We stayed in this beautiful home for two weeks. The house is situated on a totally private,well landscaped piece of property. The spaciousness of the house gave you the opportunity to either be by yourself, in a rocking chair on the front porch or with your friends and family in your choice of several comfortable, large rooms. The house is beautifully maintained and so clean that you could literally eat off the floors. The owners really takes pride in keeping their home in perfect condition and if you need anything they are only a phone call away. You can be sure that the smallest problem is taken care of immediately. The location allows you to travel to Sag Harbor and the town of East Hampton in 10 minutes. We would recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a stress free vacation in an ideal location.

This home is a large immaculately kept house with lots of good community space for large groups. The grounds are beautifully manicured and well-maintained & the owner clearly takes pride in his property and is on auto-response for any problems or concerns. All minor issues were handled immediately.

All amenities, towels, beach chairs, even toilet paper were included! Just bring your toothbrush and a bunch of friends & have a good time!

I am happy you are interested in this house. We were so lucky to have it recently. It was an amazing stay for my twins Bday and their friends, and 4 adults. The house is absolutely perfect, with state-of-the-art technology that facilitates and makes your stay even more pleasurable. All rooms are excellent, perfectly decorated and comfortable. Having 2 masters in the first floor is a special plus to differentiate ages in case of a large family. The pool and ping-pong table as well as the basketball makes it very enjoyable sport wise. Most importantly, Mr. Robbins (Henry) really loves the house....He spend a lot of time on it during the summer as well, so you can tell how all details are covered. Henry is a high-class, elegant and superb person available all the time, even if he is overseas. We spoke all the time from Istanbul!!

Would love to comeback as soon as possible - go for it, you will love it.

A cliché that's very true here: photos cannot do the place justice. That's because you can't really insert yourself into them, to see your friends and family lounging around the pool (perfect temperature) which is within inches of the excellent grill, which is next to the long table that you can comfortably serve everyone at, which is also a stones throw from the outdoor shower (necessary, after playing basketball on the half-court). When you turn indoors, you'll find ping pong, the world's nicest and easiest home entertainment system and iPod stereo, and a kind of shuffleboardy game that is quite good times. Also, volleyball and badminton. Also, everything else that the Hamptons and Montauk have to offer (which is probably why you're on this site). In short, this is the place.

Our family has rented this house a couple times. It is spacious and well maintained. The house amenities are great. Henry, the owner, is always helpful. It is a perfect house for a family vacation in the Hamptons.

I hosted a girlfriend's weekend away in the Hamptons and was lucky enough to find this home to rent for our "retreat". The home is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need to make for the perfect weekend. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the pictures do not do it justice. The home is sparkling clean and spacious. The master suite is to die for, with jacuzzi, double sicks, the works.....and the upstairs bedrooms are just lovely. My favorite feature was the sound system....music in every room downstairs, on the patio and by the pool. The girls thoroughly enjoyed it, no one wanted to leave. We will definitely rent here again!

And most importantly, the owner, Henry, is super fantastic. Attentive, accomodating, and easy-going, he made the entire process a delight. I loved that he was available via email and always responded without delay , a real plus! He provided turn by turn directions that didn't miss a step, offered us advice on local restaurants and general information about the area, totally exceeding my expectations.

Definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a rental in East Hampton! Perfect!
