Lake front home boasts 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 family rooms, a pool room with a wet bar with central air conditioning. Kitchen has spacious eating nook with panoramic views of the lake. Located in the Lake Naomi County Club an additional fee provides access to all of the amenities of the club - heated pools, beaches, golf, tennis, fitness center, restaurants and kid's clubs. New indoor recreation center with indoor pool and many other amenities available with temporary membership. Within 15 minutes to Camel back/ Camel beach, Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski Resorts. Also minutes from Pocono Raceway and Mt. Airy Casino. Rather you are into sports, shopping, sight seeing or just hanging out with a cool drink and a book, you will not find a more beautiful location in the Poconos. Highlights of this house include a large sand filled private beach, a volleyball court and children's play area all within 100 feet of the home. There are four TVs and 2 DVD/VCR combos.

Great House for Family Reunions: This is a great house for multiple families to get together and have a great time. Volleyball court, beach and children play area right off the home's back deck. You can sit on the deck and watch the kids play.

Featured in the NY Times: Compared to upscale homes in the Hampton's. Called one of the premiere homes in the Poconos.

In May of 2007 the Community Center opened. This facility offers indoor tennis & basketball courts, indoor pool, indoor jacuzzi and a large cardio and weight room. While some of your group goes skiing the other can take a swim. The indoor facility is one mile from the home.

We rented this home summer '08 with a large extended family group, 6 adults and 7 kids and it accommodated our size nicely. Positives: it was just a short walk to the kids beach and playground (50-100ft) and the Lake Naomi club experience is fantastic with great pools, tennis, workout facility and clubhouse. Something for everybody. I highly recommend it. Negatives...no real water view, and the deck area was cluttered and unkept. To be fair, it seems as though a water view is nearly impossible to get in this area.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: Thanks for the kind words. The community is fantastic with the wonderful facilities. As far as the view, the area is very wooded and we offer the best view possible. Our community is green and environment friendly. It does not allow over-harvesting of tree.
In 12 years, we have never had a complaint about the view. We keep the house in top quality and cater to sophisticated clients.

Hello:

Welcome to our web-site. We have been renting our homes for years but just recently added this guestbook and rental schedule.
The lake house is a 4300 sq. ft. home with two large family areas on three floors. You have beautiful views of the lake. There is a beach, childrens play area and volleyball area within 75 feet. There is lots to do in the area. If you have any questions or want suggestions on activities or restaurants drop us an email.
