This house was great. Everything provided was clean and ready to use. The area is gorgeous, and I would recomend this property to anyone looking for a nice comfortable environment. The DVD collection is great, and the reclining loveseat is AMAZING! Thanks again...

The Perfect Getaway

This is THE perfect getaway house. I was suprised how much more room there was than what the pictures portrayed. Everything was clean and tidy and my 9 friends and I all slept comfortably. I think another weekend trip here is already in the works!

Wonderful Weekend

We had a fabulous time because this house has everything you need. A cozy wood burning stove, spacious deck, and room for everyone. It is especially nice to have two bedrooms on the first floor for those with older relatives or those with young children. We loved the fact that all ten of us could sit at the large dining room table and share meals and lots of laughs. We did some shopping too because the Crossings Outlets are a short drive. Linda is very accommodating with very quick responses to any inquiries. Thanks again!

So much fun

The home was perfect for two families!!! Very clean and well maintained. It was so cozy and was perfect for our new years eve getaway. The deer kept the kids fascinated and it was the perfect place for morning walks. The owner is extremely professional as well as very helpful. It's the perfect mountain cabin.

Wonderful as Always!!!

The Murphy home always provides a wonderful time away. The kitchen is fully stocked for any type of cooking, the living room is comfortable and cozy - especially with the fire roaring, the dining table seats 12-14, the sleeping amenities are great and the location is perfect. Mountains, lakes, casino and shopping!!
We always look forward to our next trip there!

What an amazing weekend

Came to the Murphy house with 12 of my best friends from grad school for MLK weekend. The house was easy to figure out, with a great fireplace. Dining table sat us all comfortably and allowed us to have an amazing family-style meal and conversation - such an amazing opportunity to catch up. Nearby to resorts and went skiing and snowtubing.
Fireplace great for making smores. Kitchen fully equipped and stocked, and wafflemaker for such awesome food - we ate like kings all weekend. Plenty of beds and plenty of awesome memories. We all had such a good time chatting, talking, hanging out and just catching up.
Finally, Linda Murphy was extremely helpful and professional to deal with. 100% helpful and trustworthy! I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely consider it again for a future trip. THANK YOU!!!!!! Such a good weekend and this house was a huge part of it!

The house was very spacious and we loved it. The information and
instructions provided by you in advance were excellent and they were
true to every word.
We will cherish our morning breakfast on the deck and in evening 12
of us had dinner together on big dinning table in living room area.
The mornings were beautiful filled with long walk on winding hills at the property. Our kids enjoyed big TV with surround sound system and during quite hours in afternoon the kids enjoyed playing video games in den.
We look forward to longer stay at your rental home in near future or

This was the perfect house

This was the perfect house for our Memorial Day Weekend for our two families with 6 teenagers. When you walk in, you immediately see how the clean and spacious the whole house is. Lots of sitting space to relax at the end of the day, with a TV and DVD collection. The house is also surrounded by trees, so there is plenty of privacy and peace even though it is in a development.
The downstairs has two beautiful bedrooms for the parents; one even has a "sleep number" mattress. The "kids' area" upstairs has plenty of beds, a roomy loft to spread out, and their own full bathroom. I loved the bunk beds, where our four girls could all sleep together.
I also loved the huge country table where all 10 of us had room to eat! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could imagine and more---extra flatware, dishware, glasses, and even two boxes of detergent for the dishwasher. We saved a lot of money eating in. The Belgian waffle iron was a big hit! And the outdoor grill, deck, and picnic tables were a special treat.
The owner is very clear and well-organized in communicating with us. I must have looked at over 500 houses, and this was definitely the best. We would definitely return to this house

Our party of 14 people rented this fabulous house the weekend between Christmas & New Year's. We had family members from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Georgia & South Carolina attending. It was a perfect get-together in a perfect house.
This house had everything for our large group. The Murphy's were wonderful people to deal with.
We have already booked for the same time in 2008 and added another night.
I highly recommend this house to any large group!!
