We would highly recommend your place to anyone. We liked the way the place was laid out. We had room to gather everyone but we also had enough different areas for privacy. Your place has all the little things you need for a vacation. We also appreciated all the information you had organized regarding the area. It saved us a lot of time. We'll definitely be back in the future.

We had an AMAZING time when our family spent a week at this amazing condo...There was so much room...the kitchen had all the gadgets you need, there were hundreds of games and movies, 2 game systems and tons of board games and books!! Every single room was comfortable and cozy and truly felt like a home away from home!!

Waterville Estates has soooo much to offer the entire family, there are 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, a lounge, a beach and my kids caught 15 trout...what a feast we had!!

Great Vacation Home

My family enjoyed staying in this beautiful townhouse! There was plenty of room for all of us, and everything you need was there. This home is clean and comfortable! For the first part of the week there was 6 adults and 5 childern and everyone had plenty of space. We all really enjoyed the rec center, the food was excellent, the kids loved the indoor pool on the rainy days and the beech on the sunny days!! They especially loved the paddle boats!! Getting around to see this beautiful state was easy, the house was just 10 minutes off 93. Also, being set in the mountains, the house stayed cool and was great sleeping at night with the windows open in the summer. I would recommend this townhouse to any size family, great place, great value, great vacation!!! We would love to stay here again.

Spacious and convenient to mountain

10 adults stayed comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed, there was cable and games, a fireplace and it was a short drive to Waterville Valley. The hot tub at the clubhouse was nice after a day of skiing.
A wonderful weekend get away

We recently stayed in this townhome while enjoying a weekend of skiing at Waterville Valley with 4 other couples/families. The townhome was a great place to stay at. It was extremely spacious with plenty of space for everyone to sleep, watch tv, and hang out. We had an infant and 2 toddlers with us and the unit was extremely kid friendly. Tons of toys and activities--I didn't need to break out any of the ones we brought. The nearby pool facitility that we had access to because of staying in this unit was gorgeous with 2 pools and a jacuzzi. The kids had a blast swimming while we rested our aching muscles from a hard day's skiing.

Excellent! This is a beautiful place to stay. Oodles of room and every type of accomodation. Built into the side of a mountain, this Townhouse makes a perfect haven for a few or many.

We had a BLAST up there!! Your place is amazing!! Certainly got great exercise going up & down to the kitchen :) for beers & stuff but we had the best time. Thank you so much!! I want to ask you about a weekend during the winter season (if you have availability), we were thinking about trying cross country skiing and tubing for the kids. The foliage was so goreous too!
