Very Nice Property

We stay here every year for SPI bike fest, got to meet the owners this year; great people. Great place to stay, beautiful inside and out, all the comforts of home.

We make our annual trip down to South Padre every summer, and have tried many properties over the years. This has been the best, by far! Our "criteria" has gotten more specific over time and I must say that the house exceeded our expectations! Having the private pool, washer/dryer and even the small things like quality pans make all the difference when making a beach house home for the week! We'll certainly be back!

Me and six of my friends stayed here for our senior year spring break trip in 2007. The house was amazing. Everything was clean, and the backyard was incredible. We are definitely coming back and the place just has everything you need. All kinds of surf shops, convienence stores, restaurants, all are right down the street. The beach is also just a short walk down the road. The place couldnt have been more perfect.

The house was OFF THE HOOK!! The first time you walk in the house you can sense the freedom and you feel relaxed. We were there in 2006 after graduation and it was the most awsome time of my life!!! All of our friends were there and we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest!! LOVED IT and absolutely recommend it to all the party people!! You even have a gas station very close just in case you're missing a couple of beers or ice!! 110% SATISFIED!!!!!

SPI here we go again this year!! Whoooo!!!!!

I rented this house for my boyfriend's birthday in 2005 and it was beyond perfect! All our friends were invited and they could not believe how amazing it was inside. It was comfortable and fun all in one. He was absolutely floored when we walked in, utterly shocked! This is the perfect beach house to stay at South Padre and the front patio on the 2nd floor was perfect for sitting outside and relaxing.
