Comfy Condo

The condo was clean, well cared for and extremely comfortable. It is just a couple of steps away from the beach with a balcony overlooking the beach and pool. It is ultra family friendly space. The owner is very personable and available. We truly had a great time during our stay. The condo is just far enough to be secluded from the noise of the nightlife. There is a CVS within walking distance a couple blocks away along with many fine places to eat and drink. We are planning on returning again next year.

The condo was just as described. The location was great, the property was clean and had all the comforts of home. The washer apparently died right before we were to arrive - the owner had it replaced immediately. The beach, restaurants and condo were great. It is a place well worth visiting.

This property we Great .... it was everything it was described to be... Condo was clean and spacious ... Owner was a pleasure to deal with and I have recommended this to several friends and we are going to be renting again next Christmas.
The Salt Rock Grill was the best restaurant recommended. I believe it was the best service I have ever received and the food was outstanding. Reservations required unless you want to wait 2 hours to be seated. PJ's just around the corner was also a favorite of ours....
Condo located near Tampa so we were able to see a Hockey Game .... Orlando is only 2 hours away so if you want Disney World to visit it is close.
The ocean and beach in Indian Rocks is one of the best ... Views of the sunsets were spectacular ...

The accommodations for our family of 6, and that is with children ages 5, 10, 14, and 17, were just perfect for us. Everything about this condo makes for a great stay. We just loved our stay here and really enjoyed the surrounding neighborhood. There is so much to see and do. We really enjoyed walking to some of nearby restaurants and the ice cream parlor just down the block. Taking a drive was always fun and having a inexpensive grocery store nearby was a big plus! We only spent two days away and that was for Busch Gardens, loved it!, and Discovery Cove, which we loved as well. We will definitely be back and I would recommend this property to everyone.

This was a great property to rent. Exactly as described and very clean ... The owner was a pleasure to deal with.... All restaurants described were great... The beach was wonderful and only about 50 feet from the Condo ... Lots of movies and games for our 2 grown boys to "play with"... Owner had lots of beach chairs, loungers and beach toys to use.... Central location to all activities... John's pass great for fishing and close to Tampa for Football games and of course "Hockey" for the great Canadian fans.... We highly recommend this location for your next vacation and we will be renting again next December ....

This place is gorgeous! Great Ikea/PierOne type furnishings and very clean. Fantastic location - close to good eats, the beach and the pool. Can't ask for much more! Will definitely be renting here again!

Everything was there as promised, the owners were easy to deal with, and the beach was great. This place is close to tons of restaurants. We had a great time and would recommend this place.
