1st floor: Entry is through either one of the 2 beautiful covered porches. This floor is an open floor plan with a large double living room. Gorgeous wide plank poplar wood floors throughout most of the house. Lots of oriental style carpets mixed with good quality antique and modern furnishings make it elegant and comfortable. Living room has comfortable and attractive seating for a big group to relax. Down 2 steps is the kitchen and the dining room.

The kitchen is warm and friendly - a pleasure to prepare (or reheat from gourmet markets) meals. Plenty of space, appliances and utensils. It is very well equipped - even has a bread maker!

The dining room features huge windows on 2 sides and a big stylish antique table with comfortable dining chairs (seating for 8). As the kitchen and dining room are open floor plan, you can have plenty of company with enough room so that no one is crowded.

2nd floor: Up the dramatic staircase is the well laid out second floor - there are four private bedrooms. This whole floor (except bathrooms) also has beautiful wide plank poplar wood floors.

#1 large master bedroom with Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom - also a small office area with high speed Internet access (wireless Internet throughout the house). Windows on 3 sides to let in lots of light and vista views.

#2 large bedroom with Queen-size bed and direct access to shared bath - 3 windows on 2 sides make this a bright beautiful room.

#3 bedroom with double bed - shared bath is across the hall - cozy retreat that is beautifully decorated with 'VT Country Store' fabrics and an antique furniture.

#4 small bedroom with bunk beds - shared bath is next door - small but very comfortable with 2 closets and a big window.

All bedrooms have plenty of closet space and very comfortable quality furnishings, including good quality linens. All bathrooms are renovated & perfect
