Privacy and more privacy....'The best kept secret in Cozumel.'- Villa Eden is one of the most luxurious, private oceanfront villas in Cozumel. A magnificent 5 bedroom home located right at the oceanfront, in a beautiful and very private setting surrounded by a lush garden with a 40 foot freshwater pool looking at the Caribbean Sea. The Villa is not a part of a complex, it is all yours. If you are looking for a private retreat to be with friends or family or a romantic getaway setting you will be delighted. It is one of the best values villas in the riviera maya.

Two wooden decks for sunbathing, relaxing and for watching incredible sunsets are located 10 steps from the pool at the edge of the water with two ladders of 4 steps to assist you to the crystal clear water in front of the villa, which upon entry is 4 feet deep with a sandy bottom. To swim or snorkel there is a treat reserved for the few.

All 5 bedrooms are facing the Caribbean. All bedrooms have king beds. There is a house keeper each day but Sunday included in the price.

A roof garden on the third floor with a bar. There is also a handmade hot tub by the ocean, to relax and watch the boats.

A cook and other services are available upon request.

About the oceanfront: Some guests ask about a sandy beach before arriving. There are several 1 to 5 minute drive away from the villa. Or 4 minute walk. But, almost all of our guests once at the villa, never ask us or go to one again. The combination of the crystal clear water in front of the villa, the one of a kind location with privacy and serenity and they all say to us, why go anywhere else? Truly, one of the best locations and villas in the Riviera Ma;ya. We rent Direct so we can effort to offer a better price.

Villa houskeeper, gardener and cook service: Villa Eden is a luxurious Mediterranean style villa with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and an open living space with a large freshwater pool all facing the crystal clear water of the Caribbean. The price includes a maid service each day but Sunday from around 10 to 2 and a gardener. A cook service is available and optional. Gorgeous!

My husband and I visited this beautiful house in March with our 2 kids and my parents as well. This house is every bit as beautiful as it looks in pictures and even more private. We ate on the deck by the ocean at night, snorkeled right off the back of the house, and the kids loved the pool. Every room has a king sized bed and it's own bathroom. Genny and Victor were incredibly friendly, and we couldn't find a thing to complain about except maybe when we had to leave. I keep this site bookmarked on my computer so I can look at it from time to time - can't wait to go back!
If you are looking for a good dive guide, I would heartily recommend Blanca from BlueProject. My kids did a discovery dive with her while my husband and I tagged along - she was fantastic, and they all had a great time.

A True Paradise

Stayed with family and friends at Villa Eden for 1 week. Villa Eden met and exceeded our expectations. Absolutely LOVED everything about it!!!
The home was beautiful, very clean, tastefully decorated and the location was very private. My favorite part was the area right on the water where one could watch the sunset and or just casually go for a swim into the exquisite clear and warm aqua marine H20.
The grounds and the many sitting areas were great for relaxation and spending intimate moments with family and friends. The housekeeping staff and the gardner were friendly and very welcoming
I would give Villla Eden the highest recommendation possible, and hope to return in the near future!

Voyage mémorable! Superbe villa sur un site exceptionnel... Un secret bien gardé que nous avons découvert avec joie. Résidence d'une propreté irreprochable. Installation et ameublement de qualité. Jenny et Alexandra sont adorable!!! Je m'ennuie de leur cuisine... Mmmmm!

Never wanted to leave...

Our group of five couples spent the last week at Villa Eden, and every last moment was a delight. To begin, the owner, manager, and staff couldn't have been warmer or more accommodating--Fulvio, Jenny, and Victor welcomed us as though we were friends. When we booked our vacation, the photos of the sun deck by the ocean sealed the deal, and the real-life translation was beyond expectation. I already miss our happy hour tradition of watching the sunset from the rooftop each evening, and hope we can return some day!

Awesome Vacation

I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get-a-way for a quiet, private, and relaxing vacation. The property is about 15 minutes from town, but a taxi stand is within walking distance. So you are not so isolated that you can't get to town easily. A group of 7 went and stayed for a week and it was fantastic. The views in the morning and the evening are awesome and the villa is wonderful. Communication between the owner as well as manager (Ronen and Fulvio respectively) was easy and response times were always timely. We engaged Sandra's Kitchen to prepare our meals and I can't say enough good things about Genny. We all miss her already. She prepared delicious meals and snacks and everyone went home 5 pounds heavier! The pool was awesome, but the deck by the water gave you a nice breeze and awesome views. The sunsets and sunrises were beautiful. The property was clean and landscaped nicely and you didn't know you had neighbors. There is WiFi, so you could stay connected, but why would you in Paradise! No one left disappointed at all! Not even a day of rain dampened our trip.

Awesome get-a-way

A group of 7 college friends went to celebrate turning 50 this year and we had an awesome time. The property was quiet, private, and plenty of space for all of us. The views in the morning and the evening were fantastic and the service was incredible. A taxi stand was within walking distance so you could easily get to town. We engaged Sandra's Kitchen to prepare our meals for the week and it was the best thing we did. Genny was wonderful and always made us feel special. The food was delicious and the service flawless. I would highly recommend this to a group looking to get a way for a relaxing trip. The pool was cleaned every day and if we needed anything, it was no problem.

We had the luxury of doing a last minute rental with Ronen and his lovely home in Cozumel. We had a wonderful time there. The pool was fantastic, nice snorkeling outside the home, a relaxing hot tub, and a great rooftop. The only issue for me was the internet. Upload speed was fine, but download was an enigma and when you are a workaholic like me I had withdrawal issues. Can't blame Ronen for this one.

Our trip and your house was so great. Your staff - Memo the manager and Jenny the housekeeper were both excellent. We had Jenny cook one night and she and Ally were fantastic. The pool, hot tub, and snorkel deck were all perfect. I was pleasantly surprised by our car rental. We went with EZ and even though it was a very short walk over to their terminal they did a great job and were very inexpensive.

My strongest recommendation regards the divemaster we were set up with. BlueWaterProject was perfect. Blanca was the best dive instructor we have ever seen and my daughter took a discovery scuba class with her that was so comfortable and easy. Paco was also a great communicator.
For dinner suggest Kinta, Casa Denis. For lunch playa Palancar.

Mega and Chedraui grocery stores are both like US stores. Plenty of selection and great prices.
