For the past 4 years, members of my family and I have been coming to OC for a week at the shore. Family members from 4 different states gather and relax in this wonderful house. The fact we've been back to the same house each year tells you we thought it was a great place for our family vacation. There is ample room to be together and also room for privacy too. The days usually start out with a cup of coffee on the big porch. .. and end before bed playing games out there too, or just sitting and relaxing. The beach is a block away..... so you can easily go back and forth throughout the day. The dining table is large enough for big meals and great if you want to play board games together. The house is well stocked for cooking. It's also a short walk down the boardwalk to the rides, restaurants and stores. All appliances worked in the house, but the couple of times where something needed a little maintenance, the landlord was right there to take care of it.
We have a lot of happy memories of times spent at this house.

This is a great old home with plenty of space. Great, large, dining room table as a place to gather, eat and play games. Also has a nice front porch. Our large family has enjoyed the house for two summers now. It could use some new mattresses on some of the beds and the outside shower needs to drain better, but overall a house to make many happy memories.

First time to New Jersey, and we had family from Atlanta and florida drive up to enjoy the special occasion. As soon as we walked through the doors it has that warm home feeling, Plenty of space and was just a home away from home. Thank you so much for allowing us to get together for our special occasion look forward to spending the time next year in 2009.

Thanks for stocking the house with such things as plates, silverware, pots (except a tea kettle, which we found at a local store) and other items. It was thoughful and appreciated. The house is big, clean, furnished in a manner to create a warm atmosphere, and located perfectly for our family. An unexpected surprise was to find that someone nearby had a wireless network that allowed us to enjoy broadband internet access from our laptop by sharing that connection. The Greens

We had a great week. Weather was terrific. Friday only rainy day. We spent our days on the beach & nights on the boardwalk, rides, golfing, go karts, & of course, shopping. Fun was had by all, even our new addition who was two weeks old when we came down. The porch is enjoyable as always. Thanks for a wonderful "family vacation"... Well at least for 14 of our 18. We're talking about doing it again next year! You have a wonderful old house here -- very comfortable and homey. Your efforts to make it that way are obvious and appreciated. The front porch was our favorite gathering place, and the dining room table hosted a good number of card games when the little ones were in bed. All in all, great memories were made. My family has been coming to Ocean City for 14 years now and this is my favorite beach house ever, even though I'm only 11. We have 11 people staying on the second floor, and with all the rooms, we can fit everybody comfortably. It's a great location, only about a block and a half to the boardwalk. My grandpa and brother are on the top floor with my cousin and his friend. My aunt, uncle, mom, dad, grandma and I are scattered in diferent rooms on the middle floor. The dining room table is great for all 11 of us to fit. I just have to mention Mack & Manco's pizza is one of our family favorites on the boardwalk. Gotta go!
