Charming, clean and great location in Harbor Sprin

This was our 4th stay at "Second Home". You won't find a more resonable place to stay in NW Michigan and you can bring your Pet along! Very comfortable, 2 blocks from downtown Harbor. Just a great place to visit and "recharge".

We stayed here with our 2 1/2 year old daughter and 2 Jack Russells and would highly recommend this cottage! It is perfect for a small family and very close to everything. We made 2 days trips to Mackinaw City and Mackinac Island and it was extremely convenient. We liked the calm, quiet neighborhood and enjoyed evening strolls with our dogs. This cottage offers all the modern conveniences of home and we felt extremely comfortable and would definitely return. Thanks to Linda and Abe for providing the perfect place to call home away from home.

I cannot recommend this property highly enough! It is super convenient to the little downtown area, the beach and everything Harbor Springs has to offer. Everything about the home is thoughtfully provided, impeccably neat and family friendly. Our 15-month old daughter and little pug felt right at home! We really enjoyed the patio for outdoor meals and play time, and Abe and Linda had already thought of practically everything we would need during our week's stay. It's by far the best vacation rental we've ever had. We'll definitely recommend it to others and be back ourselves! Thanks Abe and Linda!

We had a great time during our stay in Harbor Springs. The home was exactly as described and we were able to walk to the downtown area in no time at all. This will definitely be our home of choice during our ski trips to the Harbor Springs area. Thanks Abe and Linda.

My husband and I were looking for something close to the beach for our 13 month old daughter and our dog. This cottage was perfect!!! The owners had so many things already here that we didn't need to bring!! The cottage is located in walking distance to the local beach, the dog beach and the downtown area. We were also within driving distance to the state park, the throne swift nature perserve, pond hill farms and the Island! We loved our stay and have some wonderful pictures as memories to take home with us. thank you for all of the little extras it was big help! We will be telling friends and family about your cottage and of course we will be back again soon!

This is our third stay at this property and would come back again. We enjoy being able to have affordable lodging very near all the action. The best part of staying at this property is the fact that we can bring our dog.

This rental is very comfortable and very convenient. The location was perfect - very private and quiet and about a 2 minute walk to town. Everything you need is here - the owner's even had condiments and coffee and laundry soap for us to use. Although these items weren't promised, I could tell the owner takes time to think about "extras" that might be needed (and forgotten) during a vacation.

Being able to have our dog with us was a huge plus! If you travel with pets, you know that pet people are usually faced with either undesireable accomodations, or very high prices/deposits. It was nice to stay in a clean and cute house for not much more than a run-of-the-mill hotel.

We really enjoyed this "second home" because it really felt like a home we would have set up ourselves instead of a rented space. The amenities were perfect. We especially appreciated having "extras" in the kitchen that we didn't think to bring, quality linens, and extra blankets and pillows if we wanted them. Having the clothes dryer was a huge blessing too, since we cross-country skiied all weekend and our clothes were wet every time we got back. Initially, we chose this cottage because we could bring our dog, which was great, but we found that was just the beginning of the things we truly appreciated about our "second home" stay. Can't wait to visit again!
