We rent on the Cape most summers and have stayed in a variety of houses and cottages. Some very close to the beach, some a little further inland, some large and some small. While we've never been totally disappointed (how upset can you be on the Cape?!?), there have certainly been some better than others. Your house was one of the best we've stayed in. Everything was clean upon our arrival, everything worked well, the house itself was charming, and the location was great. Most of Kathie's family also vacations on the Cape and we will certainly recommend you if they are interested in renting. We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you very much for taking such pride and care.

Could not have asked for a more perfect week 6/17/06-6/24/06. Weather was great, and the home was fabulous. Owners were great to work with. All amenities were as advertised. Can't wait until next year

Our family rented from this home for a week in August. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. The location was close to everything. Homeowners were GREAT to deal with. We highly recommend!!

Spent a relaxing weeking in July at the LEvitt's home. Everything is supplied that is needed. Owners were very easy to deal with. Can't wait to book again in 2006

Spent a lovely week at this home. We have been renting for many years in other homes and hope to continue renting this property. Homeowner were very helpful and accomodating.

We spent a lovely weekend in this house in June 05. The house is great, the area is charming, and the owners are very kind and generous - I forgot my purse in the house and they posted it to me the following day, with no charge.

We stayed at this home for a long weekend in March. The owners could not have been more hospitable. Their personal web site on the home tells it all. We have already booked a week for this summer.
