Thank you for sharing your beautiful homes on the beach. Our wedding was perfect due to your beach houses. The views were spectacular and can't wait to go again. I would recommend these beach houses is anyone is looking for a perfect getaway.

We had a houseful with in-laws, stepchildren, stepparents and everything in-between, but the thoughtful amenities, comfortable beds and breathtaking views made our stay at Our Sand Castle truly spectacular. We had everything we needed to make meals, sleep comfortably and entertain ourselves with the big-screen TV, free wi-fi Internet access and collection of books and games. Having the beach access just off the back deck was very convenient. The entire house was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and had quite a few modern upgrades. It was also very quiet, so we could listen to the nearby ocean as much as we wanted. Don and Linda are very pleasant to deal with, and they promptly answered all of our questions to make our stay comfortable and easy. We will be staying here again, and we will definitely be recommending this rental to our friends!

We enjoyed Our Sand Castle over the Christmas holiday 2008. We've rented several Oregon coast homes over the last several years and this is by far the nicest. The kitchen is the best equipped of any we've seen and the granite countertops are beautiful. The home was very clean and wonderfully maintained. There was plenty of room for the eight of us ranging in ages from 9 to 62. We were all comfortable.

Comment Text: I have stayed with friends at the Sand Castle property a number of times and recommend it to anyone craving a blissful getaway, oceanside. It is obvious that the owners of this property care very much about their guests' stay, as the accommodations are extemely well appointed and perfectly located on miles of beautiful and dramatic Pacific beach. Yachats is a charming community offering excellent dining, Cape Perpetua views, and incredible tidepool exploration. If you stay at the Sand Castle, you will want to return for so many reasons. I recommend the Celtic Music festival in November, but any time I have visited this area has been immensely enjoyable. I can't wait to go back! I'm reluctant to write a review because then so many people will know how wonderful the Sand Castle is. The owners are very nice. They keep this wonderful home perfect. The ocean views are great. The stairs to the beach are wonderful. They take the time to make sure your stay is perfect. We stayed two years ago in their smaller unit, the Sand Dollar. We thought the Sand Dollar was wonderful too. This year we were traveling with another family that's why we chose to stay in the bigger home. There were eight of us and we had plenty of room. It's centrally located, so you can see all the sites on the Oregon Coast. I would recommend any properties owned by this couple. It's better than staying with family. We will definately be back in the future. I agree with another review, the properties are even better in person. The pictures do not do them justice. They are model home perfect.

Our family of four shared this wonderful place with our good friends family of four and found this place to be totally relaxing and a place to unwind. We listened to the waves from the house, strolled the beach and collected shells and sanddollars. It was very clean and the property owners were there to help with any questions we had. It was spacious enought to give privacy to both of our families. The house is centrally located on the coast to provide access to just about anywhere up and down the coast as well as inland Oregon. I would highly recommend this to another person or family.

Our family of five (two adults, two twentish, one 18 year old plus Grandma stayed for a week in this AMAZING home. The view of the Pacific Ocean front, including some roaring winter storms was so inspiring and breathtaking. The very short path/steps to the beach was well built and easily traveled leading to a beautiful long beach that we walked and walked on. The home was spacious, functional, and beautifully furnished. It was perfectly clean, with WIFI, we used constantly, dish TV, and great beds. The owners are great. I would recommend this property wholeheartedly. We hope to return.
