This 5 bedroom, spacious, fairly new home is perfect for your family's vacation. We are a wonderful venue for weddings and family reunions. This location is seconds from Newport's Easton Beach (across the street), and less than a mile from downtown Newport. Beautiful views from all the decks and farmer's porch which is perfect for grilling, rain or shine.

Some friends and I rented this house to accommodate 8 of us during a wedding, and it was very roomy and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen let us have no problem with cooking a turkey dinner and boiling up some lobsters! The owners were very nice, and even brought over a new updated TV for us to watch the World Cup on. Cool breezes are a must, as there is no air conditioning. Luckily the many fans and cooperative weather was great. House was very clean and the balcony was wonderfully relaxing in the evening! Very close walking to Flo's, beaches, convenience store, etc. Highly recommended!
