Great place to enjoy Puerto Rico
My wife and I stayed at this location for two weeks April of 2011. It is a terrific way to travel.
Ana, the owner, was very easy to talk to. And, as a plus, she speaks English very well. She told us everything that we needed to know about the condo, and was clear, honest, and accomodating, about the rental process. Her description of the listing was accurate and honest.
The location is beautiful - right in front of the ocean. The condo was clean, well cared for, quiet, and secure (there are secuirty guards present at the entrance at all times, as well, they walk the perimiter to ensure safety as well). This particular unit has its own backyard with outdoor furniture, and a grill. The appliances in the apartment are all top quality (Frigidaire), and are full-size. Drinking water is cold, and filtered - this is very important in PR. Quality appliances made it easy to cook for ourselves each day. Floors are all tile, so they are easy to clean and prevent stains from accidental spills, etc., that carpets would have. Both bathrooms have bathtubs, showers, and hot water. As a plus, the hot water is available from the tap in every plumbing fixture (this is not the case at most residences in Puerto Rico). There are three bedrooms: one with a master bathroom and a queen size bed; the other two have two single beds each and all are air conditioned if you choose. Air conditioners work well. And, having a washer and dryer for clothing made packing a breeze - no need to bring too much clothes, as one can do laundry every few days, just as at your own home.
The unit is nicely decorated. It is roomy, and easy to get around for someone with a disability that uses a walker or a wheelchair, as the living spaces are large and unencumbered - this condo is ideal for persons with disabilities. Also, it is on the first floor, directly in front of a handicap parking space.
Did I say it was clean? I know that I did - I just had to say it again, as that is so important!
Most of our time was spent with family, but I can tell you this: you will never run out of things to do in Puerto Rico. Or, if you just want to go to the beach every day, and come home from a vacation with an amazing tan to make all your friends jealous, you will not be disappointed!
I can guarantee you that during our next trip to Puerto Rico, we will be staying at this terrific condo in Isabela.
