Would go back in a hearbeat

After a long flight (with very young family and the grandparents, all the way from the UK), the huge and incredibly well presented Villa that greeted us was just what we needed.
The gated estate was an exciting entrance, but the 'wow factor' was the house itself - Everything we needed was there, in perfect condition and so spacious - we settled in immediately for a fantastic 2 week break.
The Villa is in a perfect location with everything close by. But having been to Florida several times before and being used to eating out every meal and a very hectic few weeks, it was refreshing that we actually spent much more time in, pool-side or in the living area, utilising the BBQ and just enjoying the luxury accomodation.
Roll on next year - We are planning 2 weeks holiday in April and we'll book this Villa before the flights :)

A terrific villa ideally located for all the sights and activities around. We had our best holiday ever, and the quality of the villa was a key part of it. It really does lack for nothing - the ideal family base for Florida.

The owners have obviously not held back on buying quality fixtures and furnishings, which just adds to the overall enjoyment of the place. The space is also terrific - just so much of it.

We also had some very enjoyable evenings in and around the pool - very well maintained and ideal after a busy day visiting the Disney Parks, golf courses, shopping, etc.

We have already booked to go back again, and have recommended the villa to friends and family as well - you caanot ask for more than that.

We stayed in this amazing villa in July 2008 for a couple of weeks. Whereas on previous Florida trips we spent a lot of time out and about, at theme parks etc, this time we spent a significant amount of time at the villa. This mainly because it was so spacious, the pool area was magnificent, and the outside bbq was a really special feature that made all the difference, so we ended up spending a lot of time cooking and eating there. Sorry to the local restaurants.

The villa was scrupulously clean throughout, all amenities worked, and it was in a really nice area. The staff on the gate were also friendly, helpful and a good laugh. Couldn't ask for more.

Our girls loved the kid focussed decor in some of the bedrooms and the playstation.

It was really handy for all the attractions when you do want to go out, 20 mins or so to Disney, idrive etc. The area was also very quiet which is important as you have a drink by the pool in the late evening.

The owners made the booking process a breeze also.

In summary, if you want to stay in Florida in luxury, this is the place to stay.

We loved our stay at this property and it was especially well suited for a multi-family getaway. The pool is beautiful and the house had all the amenities of home and more. The house is in a quiet, pristine neighbourhood and the resort staff are friendly and helpful. The owner was accommodating, clearly wanting our experience to be a positive one for our family. A++++

We stayed in this beautiful home for our last Florida vacation. We had a total of 13 people and all were very comfortable and at home. The home is very spacious, clean and well layed out. Both kids and adults had a blast in the pool! We were able to cook meals at home when we wanted to in the nice kitchen. The owners were a delight to work with, as was the staff at the office. We had a wonderful time on our trip and a good part of that was due to this gorgeous house!! We would definately stay here again if given the chance and would highly recommend it.
