Great cottage on a quiet dead end road, located between Short Sands and the Nubble Light. Five minute walk to Short Sands one way and Brown's ice cream the other! First floor has living room, dining room, sun room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a small porch off the back great for morning coffee in the sun! Upstairs has two bedrooms.
Large private yard, most of it on the side of the cottage; with enough room for a family cookout (gas grill in the back yard) and parking for 3 cars.
There's a gas heater on the main level for those chilly 'off season' nights.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. We provide blankets and pillows but you must bring your own sheets and towels.

York's Wild Kingdom: Within walking distance is York's Wild Kingdom and amusement park.
