PLEASE CHECK AVAILABILITY CALENDAR BEFORE INQUIRING. Full weeks only in July and August. 5 BR upside down contemporary home. Lots of glass and decks on upper level give 360 degree view with the best sunset deck on Long Island and Montauk's only bocce court plus a putting green. Master BR is huge and 4 large bedrooms have decks and A/C. Brand new lower level has bar, 57 inch TV and a game room with a bowling machine, foosball and skeeball. Plenty of privacy yet only a 3 minute drive to the beach, fantastic fishing, great restaurants and championship golf. Great house for a family reunion!

is very comfortable with all the amenities needed
to feel right at home. The location provided plenty
of privacy along with being close to the beaches,
restaurants and stores. We would definitely recommend
