This golf villa is just a few years old and is immaculately clean and well-kept. It's a third-floor unit with vaulted ceilings, full kitchen and comfortable furniture make it an open and airy environment for all to enjoy.

We have four championship golf courses on-site. These include courses designed by Greg Norman, Tom Fazio, Davis Love and Pete Dye. The main clubhouse is beautiful and fully equipped with restaurant and pro shop. The practice range is home of Nick Bradley Golf School and has its own brand new restaurant and bar.

Not a golfer? That's fine! Just lounge around at the neighborhood pool or enjoy being waited on at the very large Barefoot Resort pool (have a drink for me). If the beach is your thing, take our free shuttle back and forth all day long if you wish.

There are a number of restaurants and attractions nearby. The House of Blues Restaurant and Music Hall is just over the bridge and fantastic shopping at Barefoot Landing is just down the road.

We had a great time in North Myrtle Beach! The condo was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. It's a third floor condo diagonal from the Willow Bend pool which was a short walk back and forth especially for my kids. The balcony overlooked the lake with fish and turtles. Barefoot Landing is nearby with lots of restaurants and family oriented activities. Plus the sunsets over the marina are amazing!! Jim was always quick to answer emails/questions and was always accessible. I highly recommend this condo as a great place to stay!
