This year-round home is nestled in a wooded cove on Little Sebago Lake, deep in the Maine Lakes Region, near the end of a dead-end tarred road. Enjoy your morning coffee and newspaper on the private dock while overlooking pristine Little Sebago.
The house has an open floor plan with a cathedral ceiling, full bath, 2 bedrooms (1 queen with cable TV, 1 full). The dining/living area has windows overlooking the lake with a pull out sofa bed (full) and cable TV/VCR/DVD and lots of movies. Wooden spiral stairs lead to the loft with 2 twin beds.
The sandy swimming area gradually deepens and is just 20 feet from the house. Only 52' at its deepest, the lake reaches 70 degrees during the month of June and is 6 miles long. Fish for large and small-mouth bass, brown trout (stocked with 2000 browns yearly), pickerel and perch, no boat needed just cast off from the dock.
The loons are regular visitors to the cove usually around dusk and at least once per summer I have seen eagles pluck fish from the water just yards from the end of the dock. We are also looking for off season rental this year Sept, Oct or Nov through June, call for more info
