Skylights throughout the house allow the sun to shine through and an elevated cat walk in the main living room allow for a birdseye view of the pond. This house is perfect for families with its full kitchen and dining area.

Great Family Get A Way!

We had a wonderful relaxing time. Our kids had a ball with their kids swimming, fishing and going out on the kyacks and canoes. The boys even caught an 18" pike. There were four generations there and it was the first time I had all my children (2) AND grandchildren (3) with me at the same time. My Dad, almost 91 drove down and ended up staying two nights with us. We want to thank the owners for sharing their camp with us and will certainly come back if still available. Thank you!

Awesome vacation spot

My family and I have stayed at this cabin on two seperate occasions. The cabin is very clean, well maintained, and has a calming affect about it. Everything you need is provided, except for food and beverages. The fishing, birdwatching, and hiking are outstanding. Canoeing around the lake is soooo cool. We've seen several eagles, loons, and beavers. Great food and shopping are nearby in Ellsworth. Acadia National Park is within a short drive. We can't wait to return in 2010. Thank you very much for offering such a relaxing and revitalizing vacation getaway.
