Great place to stay!

We had a great time and the property was very clean and well kept. It had all the luxaries of home and very spacious. Owner was very prompt in answering all my questions and answering every email! We can't wait to so it again next year!!

If you are looking for some where to stay to relax and is not too out of the way, you'll want to stay in this condo. My husband & I went to North Conway to get away from our crazy and busy life. This condo had everything you could hope for, fully equiped and very, very clean! It was only my husband & I this time but we are looking to bring his mom, his brother & wife with 2 youth and 1 teen with us to visit the uncle next year and we know this place we would all be able to sleep comfortable with all the sleeping arrangements and activities too. They had board games & fooseball, games attached to the television in playroom. I even saw mountain bikes. We highly recommend this place.
Also if any are in a church group that you are looking for a nice place to go for a retreat, this would be the place. I know I'll be telling the women of my church I found the next retreat location.

We spent a week in August 09 with our 3 children at the property and it was just perfect. Plenty of space, very clean and equipped with all the necessities you could ask for. The location was ideal, off the beaten path but very close to the outlets and easy access to hiking, biking and other outdoor activities.

We (4 adults and 2 children) just spent four days here and found it clean and fully eqiuipped with everything you'd need including toys & games for the kids. The setting is beautiful, quiet and very relaxing. Only a short drive to shopping, great restaurants, recreation areas and things for the kids.

We couldn't have asked for more! The condo had plenty of space for four adults and four kids. Between the loft kids sleeping area and basement game room, there was always room to spread out. Well equipt kitchen, plenty of hot water for showers, laundry, etc....there was nothing we lacked! 20 easy minutes to Attitash, off the heavily traveled, beaten path of route 16...Can't wait to do it again in 2010!

This was a great condo to stay in! Very clean, lots of amenities that made it very comfortable to stay in. The views off of the rear deck are beautiful! The condo was clean and the kids enjoyed the extra space where they could play. This is a wonderful place to stay, especially since it is not right in the middle of everything, but is a short drive to it all. Also the renter is very nice and easy to deal with. He truly makes you feel at home. We will definitely be staying in this condo in the future!

We stayed here in the winter of 2008. There were 4 adults and 4 kids. We felt very comfortable and loved the wonderful views. The whole house was very clean and there were no problems. I would highly recommed this rental.

The condo was as described - clean, bright, well-maintained. Our family and friends enjoyed their stay when we rented the condo for them during our wedding.
The owner is pleasant, responsive and just very easy to deal with.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the accomodations. The condo was accurately advertised regarding set-up, ammenties, location and condition.
It is located close to the center of No.Conway in a very nice developement.
Everyone loved the pool, tennis courts and walking trails conveniently located near the unit.
Excellent attention to all the 'little things' made our stay very enjoyable !
We are looking forward to visiting again in the near future.
