Spacious, upscale vacation home furnished in a casual decor. Set back in natural landscaping in a quiet neighborhood less than a mile from South Beach & 2 miles from Edgartown. Enjoy the 2nd & 3rd floor balconies or deck and cool breezes from six sliders in open living space. Climb the winding oak staircase to a loft with a panoramic ocean and Katama fields view. A short walk to breakfast at the Right Fork restaurant at the Katama Airfield.
Just off the bike path to South Beach & Edgartown, or steps to the bus connecting to all points on the Island.

Perfect Island Reunion

This wonderful house was even better than we expected: so comfortable, large, very clean and had every kitchen contraption one could need. Loved the outdoor shower and having a washer/dryer. House is about a mile from Katama Beach - best beach for waves on the island. We thoroughly enjoyed the gas fireplace and comfy couch on a couple of rainy evenings as we watched DVDs. We highly recommend this home and look forward to extending our stay from one to two weeks on our next MV vacation. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to questions via email prior to our visit. Breakfast at the diner across the road at the airport on our departing morning was excellent. Linda Jeans in Oak Bluffs same as we remembered it - good family restaurant. The Net Result in Vineyard Haven was terrific for takeout or cook at home seafood. We had hoped to take the buggy dunes tour of Chappy our last day while killing time between check out and ferry reservation but weather wasn't cooperating - had been highly recommended to see island flowers and nesting bird population plus beautiful beach/dunes - believe you can find it at the Japanese Gardens on Chappy for arrangements.

This property was exactly the way you see it in the pictures. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, all the items you will need in the kitchen. Nice breezes at night and plenty of fans for each room. The proximity to South beach was excellent! Also, short drive or bike ride to downtown Edgartown, cute shops and restaurants. Nice neighborhood for bike riding. Definitely try Lattanzi's Pizza! Yum!

Wonderful Vacation Home!

My family has been renting this home every summer for over 10 years and it is a luxerious home and a great location for families. The home is very well maintained, clean, modern, spacious and has many amenities; You would be hard pressed to find anything lacking. The rooms are large and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. My kids love picking blueberries from the yard and making pancakes in the morning! The neighborhood is great and kids of all ages will make friends with other kids in the neighborhood. Every year there seems to be a group of kids that play together and go from house to house. You can walk to South beach, the best beach on the vineyard in my opinion. You can bike into town; you are close to a lot of things yet still in a quiet zone. We never had any maintenance issues with the home but if there were we know the owners are always available and responsive. Our family has so many great memories from our time on the Vineyard and yours will to.
