The villa was completed early in 2006, and has a large great room with fine open views over the pool to a lake, with the golf course in the distance.

There is a fully-equipped kitchen, separate eating area, and separate laundry. The master suite has patio doors to the pool area, and large bathroom with walk-in shower, large bath and screened off toilet. The other two bedrooms, one twin and one double, each have their own bathroom. All bedrooms have generous built-in wardrobe space.

Outside there is a covered lanai with table and chairs, the 30 foot pool is surrounded by a large caged area, and there are open views over a lake to the rear.
