This house was exactly what was promised and more! The layout was perfect for our needs -- with two separate wings we were able to divide our group so that everyone had the privacy, and the companionship, of those they wanted to be with. Some rooms include a private "area" where a child or single could stay and others would be perfect for cousins or young couples.
Every care was taken to make sure the house was stocked with everything we needed for our stay -- tons of sheets, towels and recreational supplies. The pool and hot tub were immaculately clean. The owner was very responsive and accommodating and even called the day of our arrival to let us know we could enter the house early.
With access to a washer and dryer, we arrived home relaxed, and without the laundry that usually accompanies several days of travel. The house is an easy walk to the beach, I walked down to the beach several mornings to watch the sun rise and enjoy the peace and quiet.
The owner even provides a binder of menus, attractions, and directions for visitors who need it.
Our group was a late 20's wedding party, but I would recommend this house to any group or family traveling to the area!

My family and I had a fantastic time during our two week stay - the house is brilliant with loads of room. We (my husband, 17 month old daughter, and my parents) felt at home right away and Karen was so helpful, right from booking the property to our coming home date! Its 5 minutes from the best beach that was always empty and the pool and outside areas are great. The house itself has two wings so my everyone had privacy but also a huge family room that was perfect for chilling out in at night! We're thinking about when to go back!!

We recently enjoyed Spring Break with another family at Sea Joy. We had a wonderful time and hope to return next year. Everything was just right and there were 9 of us! Karen is super in every way.

When I first saw pictures of the house on the internet, I thought that it will be perfect for our group of 14 friends to spend New Year’s Eve together. Once we arrived I immediately realized that the house was so much more beautiful and bigger than I expected, the pictures simply did not do it justice. We had such a wonderful time that a day after leaving we are already making plans to return...

My family and friends rented both Sea Joy I and Sea Joy II for my wedding weekend. Other rentors have already written at length about the houses. We can only confirm what they have already said: beautifully kept, most every amenity imaginable, spacious, more sleeping accomodations than you'd think possible.
Just as important to the houses though is the person who we've dealt with before, during and after staying here: Karen. It needs to be clearly stated that she is more caring than any single person you'd find in a 5-star hotel, her attention to detail is remarkable, and her follow-through impeccable. Karen will make sure you have a good stay.
I don't usually invite people to email me, but please do in this case should you have any questions about these locations. Karen has been good to us and we want to reciprocate her efforts.

Our whole far flung family - 9 adults, 5 children, rented this wonderful place in conjunction with a wedding at the Don CeSar on the first of October - it was perfect! Room (and room to spare) for all of us to coexist peacefully - amenities were wonderful - right down to pool toys and bicycles - great kitchen and dining rooms - we will certainly come again - Karen is delightful to work with.

Just had to tell you what a great time we had while staying at the house on the occasion of our son's wedding. It was exactly what we needed for an evening of meeting family members of the bride-to-be and, the following evening, a great place for a rehearsal dinner. We had fun adding lights to the trees in the pool area to go along with the lights you had provided. The home is so spacious that even though we had over 40 people attend the rehearsal dinner, everyone had "a spot of their own". Your thoughtfulness in providing candles and holders was certainly appreciated and complimented the vases of flowers we used for decorating on the night of the rehearsal dinner.
As we had nine family members staying for a week (four of whom are children aged 4 through 11) the amenities of washer and dryer were especially great. The pool was used and enjoyed by all. The privacy of the pool area is incredible. The bedrooms worked out perfectly. We can't say enough to express the wonderful time we had. We recently rented the house for 4 nights as a part of our Florida Spring Break. We were a party of 8 so each couple had a private room, and there was ample community space for us to enjoy each others company. The pool, hot tub, and screened porch area was what we enjoyed the most. We were so content, we cooked dinner there every night using the big kitchen and 2 outdoor grills. We plan to come back again for our family get-together.

WE VERY COMFORTABLY SLEPT A BRADY BUNCH SPRING BREAK VACATION CREW (MARCH 21ST -MARCH 28TH) WHICH INCLUDED MY FIANCE' HER TWO KIDS (13&9) MY THREE TEENAGE CHILDREN ALONG WITH THIER THREE FRIENDS AND 5 ADDITIONAL TEENAGE FRIENDS OF THE FAMILY FOR A TOTAL OF 15. WE GRILLED OUT ON MONDAY WITH 4 ADDITIONAL FRIENDS FOR A DINNER FOR 19. IN ADDITION TO THE POOL AND HOT TUB, THE PING PONG TABLE AND TV'S WITH NUMEROUS SATELITE STATIONS KEPT THE KIDS OCCUPIED. I WAS THE UPSET VICTOR OF THE WEEK LONG PING PONG TOURNAMENT IN WHICH EVERYONE PARTICIPATED. THE ON-LINE COMPUTER WAS APPRECIATED BY THE KIDS WHO WERE ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH THEIR INSTANT MESSAGES AND E-MAILS. THE COLLEGE AGE KIDS WERE ALSO ABLE TO TRANSMIT A COUPLE OF SCHOOL PROJECTS DURING THE WEEK. I BROUGHT ALONG A LAP TOP WHICH I SIGNED ON TO AOL FOR MY DAY TRADING ACTIVITIES. THE BIKES WERE ALSO A BIG HIT. WE WERE ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH THE LAUNDRY WITH THE WASHER/DRYER IN THE GARAGE. THE MAGNIFICENT DON CESAR HOTEL IS WITHIN STEPS OF THE PROPERTY. SHARON AND I ESPECIALLY ENJOYED OUR WALKS ON THE BEACH SOUTH TO THE PASSE GRILLE COMMUNITY. AS YOU CAN SEE I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE PROPERTY. WE THE 2004 VALPARAISO VACATION GROUP CAN ONLY HOPE TO BE SO FORTUNATE AS TO RENT THIS PROPERTY IN THE FUTURE. A RATING OF POSITIVE IS NOT HIGH ENOUGH FOR THIS PROPERTY.
