We certainly appreciated the use of your lovely home in Kauai. We plan a yearly trip with my sister and her family, and this one was our best yet. The comfort and convenience of Hale Kipa made our trip very special.

The kids loved Hideaways Beach and the pool. The parents loved the beauty and ambience of Kauai and Princeville in particular.

Thanks for making this a trip of a lifetime.

Very enjoyable 2-week stay! The golf course setting (and nice big yard) is beautiful and there is so much to do in the Princeville/Hanalei area. Highlights were Ke'e Beach, Backdoor Beach and Queen's Bath. And going for evening walks to Lappert's Ice Cream. Great accomodations for our large group (3 families & 11 people). The downstairs bedrooms were very comfortable and pleasant.

The most comfortable home we have ever stayed at for a vacation. Great living area upstairs with 360 degree views. Great location. close to great beaches and hiking, plus golf.

We had an awesome vacation with our family at Princeville, and our stay at Hale Kipa still is the #1 topic at our dinner table. It was the perfect setting and your home was the best "base camp" for all our adventures. Thanks again for making it available for us to enjoy....we're planning our return trip!

We had 2 couples from Norway coming to Hawaii with us this year. We found your house on the internet, and it looked like the perfect solution for us. We could not have been more correct! The place was fabulous. If we return with more than just ourselves, we will be interested in staying there again. Mahalo and aloha.

Captain Drayton,

Mahalo for opening up Hale Kipa to us again. This was my fourth visit and my brother's second. It feels like we were walking into our own homes again. Having previous guests leave/share amenities like books, water socks and other beach gear makes it a part of us forever. Mahalo again.

Our December 2004 trip was our third time at Hale Kipa. The fact that we, and others, keep coming back to the same vacation home over and over again, attests to the fact that it's a very comfortable, familiar, wonderful place to relax and really enjoy close friend's company. Hale Kipa is like our second home on our favorite island. From a former kamaiina, mahalo!

Nothing is perfect, but Hale Kipa is close. The roominess and setting was perfect for our family of 10, including four grandchildren ages 7,4,3, and 1. Everything we could have thought of was available; It was like we lived there.

Hank,
Your Kauai Home was incredible, we could not believe our luck when we saw it. We had a family wedding and hosted a party the day after, just a great house. It was very comfortable and kid friendly. I looked on the net for 6 months prior to choosing your home, I'm so glad I waited. We will definitely be returning. Thank you
