This condo is excellent! In our opinion, it is one of the best units on the mountain - it is on the end facing the mountain, so there is a wonderful private deck. All the mountain activities (we stayed in the summer) are in view from the deck, so the kids were able to come and go throughout the day since we could watch them from the condo. Awesome hot tub! Bunk beds were convenient and comfortable, as is the master suite. Beautiful furniture, as well. Lorie is great! We will definitely be back!

Although we have come to Durango for years, this was our first stay on the mountain. The experience was Great. The condo was well furnished and comfortable, with many special touches such as a selection of games and DVDs to enjoy while there. Everyone loved skiing hard all day, then dropping onto the hot tub for a soak before dinner. We had a wonderful time, and Laurie could not have been more helpful or responsive.

Our family was blessed with the opportunity to stay in this Condo! Excellent location and great furnishings. Take the elevator down to the slopes. Hot Tub chemical level checked every other day by Ned. The owner is super!

This unit and the owners are wonderful! The beds are very comfortable, the location is excellent. Parking garage was very handy - we appreciated it even more when it snowed 12", but our vehicle was ready to travel when we were. Enjoyed the skiing March 5-10. It was a little slim at first, but then we got lots of snow. Lorie, the Owner, was terrific at keeping us informed, sending directions etc.
If you get a chance check out the Durango Rec Center. A real bargain at $4.50/day/person (Children less). We had a great time there (indoor pools, waterslide, basketball, rockclimbing etc.) It is a first class facility.
I'm really glad we found you guys and rented from you, we had a great vacation.

We have stayed in the unit two years in a row and plan to come back next year. This is a very nice place to stay (slopeside, private jacuzzi, nice interior) and Durango is within driving distance of the Phoenix metro area.

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. Being just steps from the lifts was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the hot tub on the deck after a day of skiing - what an impressive view. The unit was very homey and the kitchen was very well stocked.

If you are looking for a true slopeside condo with the amenities but without the high price, look no further. Lori does a great job handling everything! The condo was spotless and the hot tub was perfect after a long cold day on the mountain.

We had such a memorable Durango vacation over the Christmas holiday. From the start of our vacation planning, Lorie was helpful with our questions and concerns, and went well beyond our expectations in her efforts to accomodate us. The condo itself was beautifully appointed, and very well equipped. (The pictures are accurate, but can't quite capture the wonderful feel of the place.) Lorie's property maintenance man was extremely responsive, as was the condominium association staff. In addition to agreeing with the previous comments re: hot tub, and skiing access, we also had much fun at the community center...nice accomodations, good conversations, great bartender!
Others may be reluctant to book "private" vacation lodging, but our entire family believes that in this case, we got the best deal. We definitely hope to return someday. And we've already sent the website link to our friends.
