Golden Eagle Condo

The condo was great and a lot bigger than expected. I appreciated Karen being so nice and giving us the little extra because it was available. I only give it a "good" rating because of "The Golden Eagle". But I gave Karen my input and she is forwarding it on so hopefully they will change. But overall, great condo and great area. Would absolutly rent here again.

Our experience with the owners of this property was excellent - good communication, accurate description of the property, great amenities in the Valley. We will come back again. My children and grandchildren stayed in this unit during a rainy week in August - and we all had a wonderful time. There is so much to do in the Valley (even on rainy days) and there are games, both video and board games, in the unit to keep everyone entertained. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, tried ice skating, went to a play, played Bingo in the rec center, had dinner in the Cayote Grill (highly recommended), the list just goes on and on. The staff in the Golden Eagle were always ready to accommodate any need you had, which in our case was very few. I highly recommend the Valley, and specifically this unit, for a family vacation.

We had a terrific 4 night stay in this unit at the Golden Eagle. We've been to Waterville many times in the past and had always wanted to stay at this property, given its primo central location.

The condo was a great home base for our family of six (4 children under 12), very comfortable and warm, perfect (and close!) after a day on the slopes. Kids loved the pool, the Nintendo, and we all loved the immense DVD collection. We were also walking distance to several good dining options, which was very convenient.

We're all looking forward to staying in this unit in the future.

We stayed at this condo for 6 days in July 2005 and were very impressed. The accommodation was clean, and the furnishings were of a high standard. It was very spacious, the owners left lots of books, games, DVD's etc, as described in the listing, and we were spoilt for choice. The kitchen facilities were more than adequate for our needs. The only slight drawback was that there was no air conditioning which meant that we had to use fans most of the time. These, again were plentiful around the condo, so it was only a minor inconvenience. The administration/payment aspect of booking the listing was very straightforward and the owners were good to deal with.

This is very comfortable, modern and clean condo in the heart of Waterville Valley.
We were lucky to get the passes to Athletic Club and tennis from Golden Lodge.
We had a good time and our boy was happy with all kids toys and books owner provided and with playground outside the resort.

My boys and I go to Waterville Valley every year for winter break. This condo at The Golden Eagle was among the best that we have stayed in. It was very clean and comfortable, plus had great views from every window. I would definately stay again. Thank you!

I visited the Beauregards condo on 10/7/04-10/11/04. It was a great condo. It was roomy, clean, and modern. They have board games and video games and a great DVD collection. The owners were very nice and helpful. I will definetly rent from them again.
