Our family found the Destin Pointe Community and #406 Condo exceptional. The resort staff was very friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and well organized. The furnishings were just lovely and perfect for a beach vacation.
The view out this condo was unbelievably awesome! We've never seen anything like it. From early morning til evening, the view constantly changed; from the beach dwellers, to the boats passing, ships on the horizon. The view was delightful.
The condo was convenient to area attractions, restaurants and shopping when you wanted to take a break from the beach. The pool was fabulous and a wonderful break after hours at the beach or after dinner. This condo and the beach's white sand and crystal clear water will bring us to Destin again.

Absolutely loved this place. The gated community was very nice and made me feel comfortable allowing my children to bike and scooter. Having access to the ocean beach and the bay beach was very nice. The bay allowed for snorkeling and boat watching while the ocean allowed for some wave riding etc. Was amazed that you could see your feet in the ocean as far out as you could walk. Crystal clear. Didn't realize the bay would be such an attraction. We spent half our time there. The snorkeling rental boats came right up to Destin Pointe and docked.

The condo was very clean and exactly as advertised. We liked that it is right by the elevator which was convenient. Being on the fourth floor was perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee while looking out over the pool and bay as well as for watching Thursday night fireworks. Parking inside was great and always available. It kept the car cool during the hot summer and us dry the day it rained. Felt very much at home.

When we go to Destin again we will be looking this place up for sure.

The condo was everything we had hoped it would be.The boats put on the show for you every day.Two ways to used the beach, to the gulf and up the hill to the bay. Once we discovered the bay, we did not go back over to the gulf. but both are great.

Renting this condo was the best thing we could have done for spring break. The condo had everything we needed, was neat and clean; the view to the sand dunes, beach, gulf and sunset were fabulous; the pools and beach were perfect for lounging, swimming, walking, watching dolphins; the people we met were all very friendly. It's close to anything you could want to do in the area. We'd highly recommend this property.

I fully enjoyed my recent long weekend stay at your condo. The weather was absolutely delightful and the views from the balcony "picture perfect". The accommodations were great for our group of four, even the fold-out sofa sleeper was comfortable. Your condo was very clean and well maintained and I especially liked the WiFi access. We also enjoyed the nearby dining and music at AJ's down at the docks. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

From the moment we opened the door, we knew we were in someplace special. We pulled into the covered parking spot and road the spacious elevator with all our luggage up to the 4th floor, put the combination into the keypad and opened the door to a week of pure relaxation. Floor to ceiling windos run the entire width of the condo so the breathtaking emerald water can be seen from almost everywhere. There is also a large balcony with plenty of seating to watch the sunset or the boats coming and going. What can we say about the beach? It is one of the most beautiful beaches in North America and this condo looks right out on it. We especially appreciated the keypad lock so we didn't have to worry about toting keys down to the beach or out in the water, just very convenient. The kitchen had everything you'd ever need and the bed was just about as comfortable as ours at home. We only picked up our computers twice during the week but were able to get right on the internet with the wifi service right there in the condo. The staff was very friendly but took their jobs seriously as well. We felt very secure. It's a quieter atmosphere but that didn't mean no fun. The other visitors we meat were very friendly and enjoying the area as well. Would we stay at this condo again? I don't think we'd stay anywhere else. Pure vacation bliss. Thanks Barb & Joe. I've been renting since 2008...NEVER been disappointed...with a view & comminity like this, it's always a wonderful experience!! Not to mention the owners are very kind & just a call away, if you need them. We always rent bikes to cruise around on, what fun:)) The 2 pools are both beautiful...but the new beach pool with the relaxing sound of the water spouts...WOW! Like I've said before, I will be back!!

We stayed April 15 thru April 22, 2011 in this beautiful condo at Destin Pointe! The complex is so nice and everyone from owners to the security guys were so friendly and helpful! The building itself is super clean and quiet. The pools and public area's are lovely! The white sugar sand beaches around the complex on both the gulf and jetty side are exquisite!
Owners, Joe and Barbara's condo is stunning! It is decorated beautifully and the new touches they've just put in are delightful! The kitchen is stocked with every kind of utensil you could think of. We only needed to buy some food and we were good to go! The view from the kitchen / living/diningroom / porch was incredible! We really enjoyed sitting on the porch every evening and watching the boats coming back in thru the pass as the sun set every evening! Absolutely amazing!
We did have some issues with the new management company Joe and Barbara are now using, but hopefully since we were the first renters, they'll work out those kinks soon~ Joe & Barbara were quick to respond to us and fixed all of our problems with Southern Resorts!
We will definitely come back and stay in this beautiful condo again!!!!
