Just had a fantasic week at the house! Of all the towns we visited during our week, we were so happy by the location of this home. The kids enjoyed the canoe and catching bass in the lake as well as the aquarium and going out on lobster boat. We saw more whales in Boothbay than last year in Alaska not to mention at less than half the price. The house was immaculate and so very comfortable for two families. We enjoyed cooking lobsters and sitting on the deck looking out at the Lake. We had a fabulous week and look forward to coming back. This house offers everything we were looking for. Thanks again Lori!

My 4th trip to the Mystic, this time with my 4 sisters,
and as usual it was a wonderful week. The ladyslippers
were in full bloom and a loon made an appearance on
the lake, calling for a mate. Your house and location
are so perfect!

What a fabulous vacation!!! The weather was perfect as were the accommodations. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful lake .... from reading on the dock to watching the turtles and kayaking. And, when we wanted to enjoy Boothbay Harbor it was just minutes away. We hated to leave and are looking forward to definitely returning in the future.

had the BEST time, the weather was
sunny 80* all week long. We must
have jumped off the dock at least
1000 times,swam to the big rock &
back with a boogie board,checked
out every nook & cranny of
Knickernocker lake with our Kayaks.
This is our 6th year to visit the area
and your home has been the best
yet. Private, easy acess to the water,
and lots of southern sun exposure.
Having Boothbay around the corner
was a treat (in the past we always
had to travel 15-30 min.) Having the
YMCA near by was great,since I am a
fitness instructor.
On our second morning my 17 year
old son lost his sunglasses in the
water,needless to say they were
expensive,I learned to hold my breath
that day, after diving for about 35
minutes in 13 feet deep
waters,thank god it was crystal clear,i
couln'd figure out what happened to
the shades.Waiting till the sun came
around I tried again and BEHOLD
there they were, apparently shades
do not fall staight down, they glide
back into the shadows of the dock!
Shades were retrieved and the rest
of vacation went happiliy ever after.

Dear Lori,
We thoroughly enjoyed our 4th of July week at your lovely home on Knickerbocker Lake!!!! We came up with another couple and relaxed to the max!!! The house is gorgeous, roomy and the waterfront is beautiful for swimming, canoeing and fishing. Quiet and peaceful setting but only 10 mins. from Boothbay Harbor which has plenty to see and do! Terrific place, highly recommended!!!!! Loved it! Denise, Bob, Barbara and Jack

Staying at the Mystic was one of our most enjoyable family vacations. Boothbay is terrific, but even more important is the lake and the home. The Mystic is a beautiful, comfortable home perfect for a family vacation. The Cozzi's have provided everything you need and the lake is pristine! We could have spent the entire week just enjoying the lake - canoeing, swimming, relaxing, viewing, etc. and not even missed the ocean.
