I would highly recommend this lovely Villa! Chris the owner was great to deal with and provided lost of guidance. The villa itself was spotless and very well maintained, which made it so easy to relax and enjoy our holiday. The pool is a great size and perfect for our little one and he just loved the Disney bedroom....perfect!

We had a wonderful holiday in Florida.
The weather was nice and everyone was very friendly.
But what also is very important for a fine holiday is the location and place you are staying in. This beautiful villa in Doral Woods Kissimmee from Bob and Chris makes it all complete! It is a very nice villa, you will feel at home from the moment you open the door!
I can write a whole page full, but I think all is mentioned already in the other reviews. I can only advise you the following: If you are looking for a nice and beautiful villa in the Orlando/Kissimmee area close to all the Parks you don't have to look any further...you just found it!!

Just back from fantastic holiday in this villa 10869 in Doral Woods. My husband and I have rented several holiday villas over the past years and we can honestly say that this is the best villa we have ever stayed at. The location for all the parks, shops, restaurants is superb and the villa is furnished with the most comfortable beds and sofas. Every possible requirement needed for your stay is in this villa (even a free internatiional 'phone card! - although we purchased and used our own.)
The swimming pool and lanai area are wonderful with a sparkling blue pool and a large table in the lanai area with seating for eight people if needed. There are four relaxing sun loungers and other chairs around the pool and there are loads of pool towels provided in the villa. There is large walk-in wardrobes in two of the bedrooms and the en suite bathroom is huge! All of the three bedrooms are roomy and spacious.
We took our daughter and our seven year old grandson and it was their first visit to Orlando. They had a holiday of a lifetime and really enjoyed the pool especially at the end of a busy day at the parks.
We would recommend this villa in Doral Woods to any of our friends and hope to visit it again in the future. If you are looking for a holiday home that has a superb layout, is spotlessly clean and is well maintained indoors and outdoors, well equiped, has wifi, and is in a superb location for parks and a wide choice of restaurants and shops, this is the villa to choose. The owners, Chris and Bob, provided us with excellent directions from the airport and the locations of the nearest Publix, Walmarts etc so that it was so easy to find. The garden at the rear is a bird lovers paradise with so many beautiful birds and wildlife.

This is our 5th stay in Florida, our 1st stay in this lovely home and we can safely say this is the best place we have stayed whilst holidaying here. The house had everything we needed, spotlessly clean and perfectly maintained – we couldn’t have asked for more. The pool was great and the back garden very secluded – we really enjoyed sitting out in the evenings after busy days out. We liked the fact the house was just far enough away to have some peace and yet within easy driving distance to all the attractions and shops.

Chris and Bob were brilliant – they communicated promptly and were very helpful. They provided lots of information about getting to the house and local amenities – very useful if you are new to the area.
We would definitely stay here again and would certainly recommend to friends.

We have stayed at Bob and Chris's villa about four times now and would not want to stay anywhere else. It is first class accomodation. Absolutely immaculate and spotlessly clean. Attention to detail always ensures a stress-free holiday. Good maps from the airport and of the local area for supermarkets, etc. are provided. The villa is very close to all Disney and other parks, and there are many restaurants within easy reach too.
This is a peaceful location to come back to after a busy day. The garden is very secluded with lovely trees and shrubs, and the pool area is spacious and shaded and has comfortable garden furniture.
So I would say if you are not happy in this beautiful home, you will be very hard to please !

This is a first class holiday home , spotlessly clean with every comfort you could possibly need. It was lovely to come home to at the end of busy days and have a swim in the good sized pool ideal for keen swimmers and for families. Situated in a very pleasant quiet cul de sac, the property is very private and not overlooked. It is very convenient for the local shops and restaurants but still only a short drive to get to Disney and Orlando.The owners, Chris and Bob could not have been more helpful provided excellent easy to follow directions to the property from the airport and lots of information leafelts for restaurants and attractions. We would definitely recommend the property to friends.

We chose this property for the amenities. It was a beautiful house and well maintained. Tastefully furnished and well appointed. The owner Chris was very helpful and extremely polite in the emails we exchanged and the owner was very quick to respond in communication. I would highly recommend this property.

The property was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The owners provided an excellent service including excellent directions from the airport. In the property the owners also left lots of information including a hand drawn map giving excellent directions to supermarkets, attractions etc. The property is situated in an excellent location which is very quiet but well situated for disney, all other attractions and restaurants. The pool is an excellent size and not overlooked with a very nice garden beyond. There is lots of wildlife which comes to the garden area.
