We have such a ball at this wonderfully cozy home in Kennebunkport. Coming from the city, it is so great for the kids to run around in the back yard/woods and to climb the huge old rocks on the property (there's even a sweet treehouse over a stream!) We rode bikes to goose rocks beach and visited the new restaurant at Hidden Pond. Despite the rain late in the week, we played board games and hung around the great dining room table that looks out over the lush woods. Such a dreamy setting! Lots of bedrooms and space for the whole family to spread out. The owners are super accommodating and helped with directions, ideas for day trips and were really laid back! We've been for three summers in a row and can't wait to head back this July...

A nice quiet escape in the woods, an easy bike ride on country roads to the beach.
A handmade house that is relaxing and intimate.
Fire pit in the backyard to sit around, lots of room for children to run freely.
The owners were friendly and helpful with our questions.

What an amazing experience I had in Kennebunkport this past summer with my husband and 2 young children. 18 batson creek is a beautiful, quiet, quality home, perfect for the R&R everyone looks for on a vacation. We spent many hours on the large deck overlooking the woods and stream. We spend a good amount of our days relaxing at the nearby Gooserocks Beach and evenings back at the house around the stone firepit. The house overall was cozy and suitable to all of our family's needs. We plan on making reservations for this coming summer!
