Owners had described as a very "high-end" property and it certainly fits that description. It's very tastefully decorated, extremely well equipped, well maintained and very good location for access to Silver Lake lifts and and restaurants. We took the owner's advise and checked our ski boots overnight( $10/night) beneath the free ski storage. This made the 4-5 minute walk to ski storage/lifts very easy. Also, we rented a car (not necessary) and it was really nice having a garage since it snowed during our entire trip. Would definitely rercommend! Favorite restaurant was Grappa's in Park City.

Owner's Response: We loved having this wonderful family from Memphis. Just to clarify: overnight ski boot storage is free, with daytime storage being $5/day for a basket with unlimited access, and $2/day for one time use of a locker.

Fabulous Deer Valley Condo with a great and INCREDIBLY responsive owner!

We stayed at this condo for four nights this February. We had three couples, and a 13-year old and a 2-year old and were all comfortable, with plenty of space and privacy. The open kitchen/dining/living room provides a wonderful big space for the entire group to hang out and cook, drink apres-ski wine, and listen to music while watching the light change on the ski slope right outside the window. The owner helped us arrange delivery of food so that we hit the ground running on our weekend of cooking and skiing. We were only a five minute easy walk to the Silverlake Village and the slopes! The place is beautiful, with great high ceilings in the living room, beautiful windows surrounding the living room with absolutely breathtaking views of the Deer Valley slopes. Lovely kitchen with plenty of room to cook, and all open to the living room. Beautiful fire place, with gas fire, so we were able to have fires all the time! There is a beautiful cushioned window seat that everyone fought over when it was time for naps and reading! The master bedroom is huge and very comfortable, with great views. There is a bedroom on the main living floor that is separate enough from the living room and kitchen that you get privacy there as well. We slept in the bunk room downstairs and it was always very quiet even when others were still upstairs having fun! We loved it, and will certainly be back for another visit!

We have stayed at this wonderful home twice and look forward to another stay next year. This is an ideal location for skiing at Deer Valley. The house has a good layout that is very functional. The layout facilitates both interaction between family/friends as well as quiet private time as needed. The furniture and finishes are beautiful and comfortable. I especially enjoyed curling up on the window seat with a good book and glass of wine after a day of skiing. Unlike most vacation rentals, the kitchen is well stocked with pantry staples. Other special touches include high end linens and towels.
We certainly enjoyed staying in this home. The owners are great to work with and I recommend this rental for both families and couples looking for a great vacation rental in Deer Valley.

We rented this property during the Christmas/New Year holiday in 2008 and loved it SO much that we rented it again in 2009! We are a family of 6 and this was the perfect unit for us. It is a very short walking distance from Silver Lake Lodge (we all made the walk in our ski boots every single day with no whining from our kids). The unit is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The lower level bedroom was perfect for our younger 3, and their older teenage sister couldn't have been happier in her luxurious main floor "master bedroom"! My husband and I felt like we were in our own unit on the 3rd floor master! The unit has every amenity you could want including a private and secluded outdoor hot tub. The owners are a pleasure to work with and go out of their way to make sure that your stay is perfect in every way. We have visited Deer Valley for many years and this unit is by far and away one of the best deals in Silver Lake. Friends of ours rented a unit several doors down in the Ridge and it was a dump (at the same price). This unit is completely remodeled and has all the upgrades. It is not your typical rental property. It is also the only unit that our entire family agreed was worth a second stay. Our kids begged to come back the second year (and we will be back for many more)! Location Location Location!! Clean! Beautiful decor! Comfortable! Great layout for families with 3 or more children! Also perfect for two families traveling together. Both sets of parents can have their own master suites and the kids can bunk down on the lower floor! Five Stars! * * * * *
