This 1940's vintage log cabin is perched on the shoreline of beautiful Lake Winnisquam of New Hampshire's Lakes Region. You will forever cherish the memories of the time spent at our family 'camp' (and Boathouse too) where generations of our family enjoyed spending their summers. This private yet very accessible location includes 300' of lake frontage, a sandy beach, boat dock, dog pen, ample parking, and is convenient to all your shopping needs. Rental of this property is a unique and limited opportunity to share our family treasure.
This exceptional property will not last on the rental market long. In the past our available weeks have rented in a few days. Most renters return yearly.
This cabin is the real deal. It is best suited to families seeking a lakeside vacation, like the good old days when families spent time playing together; swimming, canoeing, fishing, and sailing.

BEST Retreat in ALL OF LAKE WINNISQUAm

Great get away with fantastic fishing right on Lake Winnisquam. Everyone of us caught fish! The boats provided were super with the pier and sandy bottom lake. The Marina and subshop are just at the end of the road. Communication with the owners was EXCELLENT!! The "compound" was clean, very neat, and AAA+++ in every way. The huge new BBQ with extra gas (just in case) was all we needed. Thank you so VERY MUCH for a fishing trip get away that will be talked about all the Holidays to come with our family and friends.We would be blessed to have another week of great weather and fishing next year. Excellent getaway for a young family!

Absolutely gorgeous property right on the lake; the views are incredible. The property was cleaned, nicely stocked with kitchenware, linens, and basic cleaning supplies if needed. The owner was friendly and prompt. We have a 3 year old, and a 18 month old and they LOVED how shallow the water was from the beach. However, you might want to pack a safety gate for the deck, because it does lead right down to the dock, and a curious toddler may take a walk right off!
So close to the Tilton outlets, Weir's beach, Meredith, etc. Lots to do in the area, but we had such perfect weather we mostly enjoyed the small beach and clear water! Road noise is a little loud during the day, but it quieted down at night. Loved having the guest house for visitors so my kiddos wouldn't wake them in the morning, My 3 year old cried when we had to leave.... so we can't wait to come back again next year!

Just What We Hoped For....

We stayed here the last week of July and had a wonderful time. The owners are easy to communicate with and very helpful and informative.
The cabin is clean and comfortable and had all of the amentities anyone would need. The boathouse worked perfectly for our friends and their two young children, especially at naptime and bedtime where they could go down to sleep and not have the disruption of noise in the main cabin. The water is shallow enough where you don't have to worry about the kids being over theirs head but deep enough to boat, fish, and play around in.
We all had a great time and are looking forward to making this an annual summer vacation!

Better Than Expected

We had another great week at the cabin. As always, I didn't want to leave. My sons and their girlfriends loved it, and are already talking about going back next year. They said it was even better than I described it!

Rainy Day Get Away

The Lawrence family cabin was a welcoming, historic home away from home. Although the weather was not very motorcycle friendly, the cabins were an excellent rainy day get away. The crackling fire and picturesque views were a romantic backdrop in which to wait for the sunshine. Once the sun arrived, the lake was an inviting place for brisk swimming, quiet fishing and playful canoe trips. We loved our stay!

Perfect Get Away

We had a beautiful week on the lake and didn't want to leave. Everything was perfect-the cabin, the lake, the weather. Everything we needed
was right there, in the cabin and on the property. We only left the property a couple of times...once to have dinner at the Lobster Connection...which was delicious...and another time to hike Mt. Belknap...oh yeah, and a third time to have ice cream at Jordan's. All recommended by Chuck. Thanks for the recommendations! We look forward to returning next summer. Also, the housekeeper is fantastic. I've never seen such a clean cabin!
