Extra nice superclean home for perfect vacation

The property was well kept, clean, no excessive noise after 11:00pm. The bedrooms were neat, floors polished, vaccumed rugs, bathrooms very clean. My family and I were looking for a last minute vacation place to have an end of the summer outing for the grandchildren and we found a home away from home here. The community was gated with around the clock security . Overflow parking for extra visitors and guest within walking distance. Grandchildren loved the indoor and outdoor pools. The tennis court was a grand slam!. Going to the beach was a nice stroll or a car ride with a parking pass and miles of beautiful, clean beach . My husband is a novice fisherman so the ponds were an added attraction. Although , we did not utilize the golf carts they were on site and available for rental. The house had a full deck on the upper level with a small grill and outside dining funiture with an enclosed airconditioned area for dining and entertaining. The upstairs level had the washer/dryer and dishwasher. Downstairs unit was quiet, neat and spacious. Dinningroom kitchen combination where everyone could get together and have a common meal. All of the appliances were very clean with plenty of cleaning supplies, utencils, blender, coffee maker, toaster, oven toaster.
The owner of whom we never met personally was the nicest person by phone and internet. Very caring about the rental property and making everything happen at the last minute . We give Home Away two thumbs up! And we recommend that for a large family getaway in a quiet environment that is close enough to Myrtle Beach (20 min) with a Wave Pool Park 5min away. Grocery stores within walking distance, arcade , shopping centers and the local restaurants with all you can eat crab legs all within a 10 min. drive.

Everything was as stated on this site with the exception of the hospitality and the personal touch of the neighbors. We had great welcoming neighbors. Service and quality such as this has been lost and we will keep coming back in part because of the southern hospitality we received.
The accommodations were just what we needed for a relaxing vacation.

Just wanted to say thanks for letting us use your vacation rental. We all had a great time. We liked being in a gated community. The people there are very friendly. It was close to everything. The beach was in walking distance, as was the supermarket, and the waterpark was literally around the corner. Great location. The first floor apartment was very spacious and comfortable for all eight of us. If my son stays in South Carolina I would surely rent this property again. Thanks

Great house for our family. Very clean and had lots of space to spread out. Two teenagers could use golf cart to transport themselves and us around village or to the beach,pool etc. Will try to rent this again when returning for family vacation or yearly trip with golfing buddies. Nice location in village, neighbors very friendly, easy access to beach, nicely affordable and everyone in our family loved it . That doesn't happen often. Thanks for a vacation we'll remember for some time to come.

This was a nice, clean, comfortable house and we throughly enjoyed staying there the week of July 16th. I am hoping that we will have the opportunity again to rent this nice house. I loved the village! Thanks!!!!
