We absolutely loved our stay in Rockport and were very pleased with our accommodations! The unit was VERY clean and perfectly outfitted with everything you need. The beaches were some of the best that New England has to offer.
YOU MUST see the sunrise! There is a public foot path that is very close to the unit--AMAZING!

Perfect Spot!
This was a great place to stay! Clean and quiet... close to everything, but private and secluded... within walking distance of Bearskin Neck and the ocean.... It was perfect!

Location, location, location!
We needed a home-base for a week-long trip to Rockport/Boston for a family vacation, and this was perfect! It's located quite close to the scenic cove in Rockport, and close enough for day-trips into Boston. Even better, when you walk out of the front door and turn left, you're 100 yards from the coastline--my 2-year-old son and I took walking trips every morning. It's tough to seem secluded and close to the 'action' but this place does it for us. The owner was very helpful with tips on the local area, and the parking pass was golden for parking in Rockport! Definitely a special find...

Great Place, Great View, Great Time
A great place in a great location with a super view. My Husband and I rented the studio for 4 weeks. We came to affectionately call it the "cubby" with a view. It was very comfortable and very well equipped. Peter and MaryJane have thought of everything, even a beach parking sticker to allow you to park at the beach or down town. The view of Straightsmouth Island is lovely and We actually saw deer and bunnies in the yard from our windows. Daily walks in the area proved spectacular. We would definitely come back and recommend "the cubby" as a great place to stay.

A great place to stay. We will return!
We stayed for two weeks and didn't want to leave. The place was bright (lots of windows with a nice view), very clean and central to Rockport and Gloucester. We particularly enjoyed morning walks to Pebble beach, Cape Hedge beach and Long beach. Front beach in Rockport is just a few minute drive away. Our hosts Mary Jane and Pete were just great and very helpful. This place has it all and we will be back next year!

Lovely Studio - Perfect Setting
My daughter and I really enjoyed the few days at this studio - it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The hosts were very helpful and extras such as beach chairs, coolers and beach towels were provided. Rockport is a lovely little place, and the beaches are gorgeous. It is also very convenient for day trips - we went to Salem, Gloucester, and Boston. Would definitely return to this accommodation.

Perfect Setting
Everything about this rental is just as described. The property was very clean and everything we needed was there. The owners were available if we needed them - yet they allowed us our privacy and independence. Although the guesthouse is above the garage - we never heard the garage door. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for something quiet, safe, and clean. If you enjoy writing or doing artwork - this area is great for inspiration. A 20 minute walk takes you to downtown Rockport which is amazing; and another 5 minute walk the other direction takes you to a panoramic view that I could stare at for hours. This is a definite go to place and the price can't be beat!

NICE GETAWAY
We really enjoyed our 4 days!. Everything was as described and very cozy. We stayed there with our daughters 7, 5 and 1 and we had enough space! Nice walks nearby and plenty of beaches within a short car ride. Beach towels, beach chairs and cooler were a plus!
We will absolutely return there in our next stop to Cape Ann.

Great getaway spot in a great location! Rockport is a neat place, and one of the "hidden treasures" of New England! Hosts were very accomodating and also superior on communication and answering the many questions we had! To include great suggestions for things to see and where to dine! Rockport commuter train station 5 minutes away and Boston only an hour train ride away where you can experience American history live and in color! (Train also runs weekends and is less crowded then)

A great rental choice in Rockport
2 of us stayed here for a week and it was lovely. I chose it mainly for the location and the fact that it comes with a town parking pass. Since I like to go to the beach everyday, this was important to me as beach parking is so expensive here. The apartment is above the owner's garage and it's very quiet with the added benefit of on-site, friendly owners. You even get a water view from the windows of the nearby cove. They did a great job with the apartment; it's quite cozy and cute with everything you need. It was very clean when we arrived which I was thrilled about. I would definitely recommend this rental for 2 to 3 people.
