Quality waterfront lodging rentals since 1957 in a quiet park-like setting on beautiful White Lake in northern Muskegon County. Open May through October with lower rates and shorter stays possible before Memorial Day and after Labor Day. No smoking and pets allowed. Other units available, please inquire.

We are located on the sunny North side of mile wide White Lake just over one mile from the deep water channel to Lake Michigan. Over 300 feet of prime lake frontage with a private sandy beach, steel seawall and four docks. Four, 4000 pound capacity boat lifts available for rent. Paved parking lot. All lodging units recently renovated and now feature queen-size beds, living area with sleeper sofa, private bathroom and fully equipped kitchens.

Historic Boat House 'Common Area': Our historic two-level boathouse is now a 'common area' for our guests. Recently renovated, it features a full kitchen, gameroom with ping-pong, air-hockey and foosball, bathroom, free laundry, free ice machine. Covered and uncovered rooftop deck with picnic table and chairs. Fire pit next to the lake with firewood provided. We are a popular destination for family reunions, church and other large groups (up to 68 persons total).

Property Features: Almost two acres of park like grounds with 300 feet of prime lake frontage. Private beach area with shallow water and clean sandy lake bottom. Three docks, four boat lifts available for rent. Outdoor fish cleaning station with commercial freezer. Just over one mile from a deep water channel to Lake Michigan. Fishermen welcome!

Reservation Requirements: 50% Reservation deposit required, fully refundable up to six weeks prior to scheduled arrival date. Minimum age to make a reservation is 21. Checks or cash only, credit cards not accepted.

Great family getaway!!

Great place to stay! Rooms were VERY clean and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (pots, pans, coffee pot, microwave, dishes, etc). Small living area, but we spent all our time outside anyway, so it didn't matter to us. Two bedrooms plus a fold out couch was very comfortable for our two families (4 adults and 2 kids). Excellent communication from owner- really wanted to be sure we had everything we needed and had a great time. Boat lifts make keeping the boat there very easy and worry-free. Game room for the kids (big and small) to hang out. Camp fires at night. Caught lots of bait fish from the dock (and large keepers out in the lake)! Lots of picinic tables and grills for cookouts. We were very happy here and we definatley plan to stay there every summer!!!

Very clean, very well maintained, excellent communication by owners. The game room was wonderful for our teenage daughters and the protected gazebo was a great place to start the day with coffee and end the day with a glass of wine.

There are great places close by and this is just a beautiful location. We will return for a longer visit next time.
