Condo to small

The problem is the pic makes it look like the entire house is yours and there are 3 condos in this location, the bathroom is in the bedroom, and people have to go thru the bedroom to get tot he bathroom, We were out of toilet paper, and paper towels and had to go buy them.
Owner's Response: Point 1. The pictures show a huge house....it is impossible to believe the house is a 1 bedroom condo. The advertisement says the unit is a 1 bedroom condo. The private entrance is clearly marked in one of the photos. In addition, I show pictures of the front entrance with 2 front doors, clearly showing more than one unit. The photos & advertisement clearly state this is a condo not a one bedroom home. The rental rate is for a 1 bedroom condo not a 1 bedroom home. The rate is also below market rent.
Point 2. The bathroom is not in the bedroom. The bathroom is off of the bedroom in another room. This unit is for 2 people, not four. I checked with the neighbors and I now understand that 4 people stayed in the unit when I believed I rented to 2 people. So the other 2 people stayed on the couch in the living room and yes, it probably was crowded and felt uncomfortable, but the unit is 400 square feet and only accommodates 2 people, not four. So I can imagine if the 2 people staying on the couch had to use the bathroom, they were definitely intruding on the people in the bedroom to get to the bathroom, but how does that call for an unfair review. Countless bedrooms have bathrooms. This is a condo not a restaurant.
Point 3. Of course they ran out of toilet paper. I stock enough for 2 people and guests, not four people and the guests of four people. If they had told me there was going to be four people staying I would have stocked enough paper goods for four people. But first I would have tried to get them to rent my other unit which accommodates 4-6 people very nicely.
I have been renting this unit for 23 years. I have a significant amount of retention. I am booked thru September. Everyone knows they are getting a condo. No one ever thought they were getting a one bedroom home.
I have a cleaning company in town, and the renters could have called me to ask for additional paper goods but they did not call to give me the opportunity to respond.
Instead they prefer to write an unfair ad. That's ok, first one in 23 years. Please, if you took the time to read this response, please return to my pictures and see if you really think this is a one bedroom home.
I am truly sorry the people were unhappy. I try so hard to make people comfortable.
