Newly renovated, very Nantucket feel, 1 bedroom, 1 bath with shower, sleeps 4 with queen pull out couch very open floor plan white-on-white with ceiling fans, great atmosphere, private yard. Walk 200 yards to private beach. Also bordering Herring River, fish off private jetty or dock. You'll love the location. Close to every thing you'll need. No need for a beach sticker. Pictures don't do it justice.
Great location close to restaurants, market and shopping. Great golf course 5 minutes away.

most adaorable, perfect place we have stayed on the cape.
reggie and pat were more than accomodating and we were so happy to meet them.
very short walk to private beach through some of the most beautiful homes and area. the beach is super private and relaxing.
only about 1/2 hour ride to the national seashore. went to rock harbor in wellfleet and had the best fried clams at a tiny restaurant that is open from 8-11 and 5-8 right on the dock. pat suggested villa roma for italian and it was wonderful!!
the cottage is super clean and has everything one would possibly need.
we took the monomy island excursion to see the seals and boy did we see seals!! the guide was really informative, not only about the seals but also about the shoals at chatham and wildlife. the cottage is so perfectly located and is a wonderful place to come home to after a long day at the beach. could not have asked for a better vacation. thanks reggie and pat

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the peaceful cottage known as “Summer Place.” The cottage is conveniently located between Dennis Port and Harwich Port, perfect for all Cape activities. We had a wonderful five day stay; biking all around town, kayaking on the Bass River, lobster rolls at the Dog House in Dennis Port, visiting family in Harwich Port, exploring the cozy downtown and much more. We particularly enjoyed a day at Nauset Beach , great waves and even better onion rings at Liam’s, the live bands on Wednesday nights in downtown is a sight to be seen, and walking down to the private beach behind the cottage in the early mornings with our Golden Retriever, Puck. We took daytrips to Chatham, The Squire is a great bar, and even a trip Nantucket via the Hyannis ferry only twenty minutes away. If Nantucket is too far for some, Martha’s Vineyard is much closer for only 17 dollars on the ferry!
The cottage itself is just charming! Hardwood floors, breezy and cool, private deck with awning, fenced in backyard for the dog, and a great outdoor shower that leaves me questioning whether I should install one at home. Neat and clean and equipped with all the amenities you need. It was so nice to wake up the first morning to find coffee filters in the cabinet! Reggie and Pat make sure those small touches are taken care of. They are right next door if you have any questions, yet provide the privacy cottage renters seek. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful week in September at this charming cottage. The location is great, a short walk through a lovely neighborhood brings you to a beautiful private beach on the Nantucket Sound. The cottage is comfortable and clean, with everything you need and a fabulous outdoor shower. Our dog loved to relax on the private, fenced in yard when she wasn't running on the beach. Located conveniently to everything you need for a perfect, relaxing vacation, we highly recommend you stay here.

Perfect location for all your cape activities...private and public beaches are just a short walk away. Cottage was very neat and clean, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay.Location is very close to the Freedom Ferry which we took for a day trip to Nantucket. The only thing I would change about our stay would be to have stayed for 2 weeks!! Thanks Reggie and Pat

An enchanting Cape Cod retreat.....

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation in this lovely Cape Cod cottage. It was neat & clean, perfectly furnished with a relaxing "at home feel," nicely cool with open window cross breezes and ceiling fans, and pervasive with an inherently terrific "Cape Cod charm." We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived, and truly enjoyed every single day of our week at 99 Lower County Road.
The location is perfect ..... within a five minute walk through a beautiful private neighborhood to two Nantucket Sound beaches, and a short drive to many excellent restaurants and shops. Fabulous French cuisine at Alouette Bistro, delicious local lobsters at The Wooden Shoe, impeccable oysters and martinis at The Oyster Company, succulent fried seafood at Kone & Kreme, delicious bouillabaisse at The Port, and great breakfast at The Wee Packet Inn. Less than a half hour drive to Brewster, Orleans, and Chatham, and an easy hour ride to Provincetown. Great walking areas for us and our Maltese puppy, and stunning views of the sea from different vantage points around the neighborhood.
Pat and Reggie were hospitable and friendly, very comfortable in their roles as the perfect hosts. Thanks a lot guys,.... it was a pleasure meeting you, and we will be happy to recommend your cottage to anyone searching for the perfect Cape Cod "home away from home."

A Great Vacation Spot

This cottage is the perfect size for a small family, couple, or couple with dogs (like us!). We were so happy that Pat & Reggie were willing to accommodate our two large-breed dogs. The private beach is only a 5 minute walk away and allows dogs on it early morning & evenings. Our dogs absolutely absolutely loved it down there, as did we. There is also a dog friendly park nearby (1/4 mile away) that has walking paths. Reggie kindly suggested this to us and we took advantage of it almost daily. Not only is this a perfect spot for a pet-friendly stay, but also a perfect location on the Cape to be close to it all.
We took day trips to Chatham and Hyannis, hit some local restaurants (would recommend Wee Packet for breakfast and The Oyster House for dinner). We relied heavily on our mobile phones for food recommendations (Yelp.com) and to stay connected to the outside world. Couldn't pick up any Wi-Fi while at the Cottage -- but maybe that is a good thing to disconnect while on vacation!
We had a fantastic stay and definitely would recommend it to friends and family. Will probably be back again -- if not next year -- the year after! Thanks again Reggie & Pat!

My Piece of Heaven

I have been staying at what I call "My Piece of Heaven" now for 3 years. Pat and Reggie are the BEST! Everytime I visit I feel like I'm home with family. The place is extremely clean and well kept. It's great for guests travelling with pets. My dog "Cosito" raves about it too!!! There is a fenced in backyard that my dog just loves to hang out in. You will not go wrong by booking your stay here! Make sure to visit the "Ocean House" restaurant . It's only a 5 minute drive away -- great food! Enjoy! See you soon Pat & Reggie

Perfect Vacation - So sad to leave.

Our first time to Cape Cod and what a great cottage to experience it in. We loved everything about it. Perfect for us. Quaint, practical and dog friendly - we had everything we needed. Our dogs loved the walk to the beach every morning and evening, spending time just running on the beach and the private neighborhood made it even nicer. We pretty much stayed close to the cottage and spent our days at the beach or taking walks around the neighborhood. One day of travel to Nausset Beach and Fort Hill - although we found out Fort Hill trails were not dog friendly so we just drove through. The yard at the cottage was perfect and the weather was gorgeous when we were there. The Wee Packet Gift Shoppe is a must. The most delicious Irish Soda Bread which we took home with us! Sundae School has the best homemade ice cream. Wished we could have taken some of that home too. Thanks Reggie and Pat for a memorable vacation! We hope to be back!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Reggie and Pat. They stay out of your way but are there to help with anything you might need whether it's to recommend a restaurant (Chatham Bars Inn- Definitely try the Clam Bake on the beach, it's beautiful, food is outrageous and live entertainment) or to fix something around the cottage. The cottage is rustic and decorated just as you'd imagine a New England cottage to look it was romantic, had every feature you could need (microwave, good sized fridge, toaster oven, reg. oven and stove, comfy couch, large T.V., fenced in yard. The walk to the private beach is lined with beautiful New England styled homes and the best place we found if you want to hunt for shells. Simple drive, turn right out of the driveway to go into Dennis (CVS not far) turn left and make a few turns to get back out to Routes 134, 6 or 6A- drive to Provincetown is about 40 minutes. Must try First Encounter Bay up in Eastham! It was our favorite, we've been there before- go when Low Tide is at its peak and you can walk out on the bay floor for about 2 miles and wade in the shallow warm water, as the tide comes back in the water remains warm- much warmer than the Ocean, you'll see small hermit crabs and other crabs as well as small bait fish that run/swim along the bay floor in the shallow water. It's just a beautiful and fairly private beach- $15 a day or go to the town and get a week pass. Also, we found out that in the town of Eastham you can get permits to have bonfire's on the beaches! (must have permit 3 days in advance) All around, great trip. You must try ARNOLDS on route 6 in Eastham, best Lobster Rolls around! Thank you Pat and Reggie!
