We had a marvelous stay at Casa Vacanze Shivon, thank you so much Romana and Carlo :)
It´s a modern, beautiful, spacious, well equipped, functional and immaculately clean apartment, all brand new. Lift on the building. Quiet area . Description provided on HomeAway 100% correct, apartment exactly as shown on the photos.
Very welcoming and kind owners, provided us an excellent service, and showed availability to help in everything we needed. Once again: Muito obrigada!
Excellent location, near metro station S. Paolo (5 min walk), bus stops to Roma city center/highlights on the block. Restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacy, laundry, groceries and other shops nearby. McDonalds and S. Paolo Basilica next to Metro stop. Easy free parking in the neighborhood.

Roman hospitality at its finest

We had the pleasure of spending three nights at this lovely property. We were a party of five adults, and were delighted with the cleanliness and roominess of the apartment. We arrived after 9:00 p.m., and were greeted by owners, Romana and her husband. The location is not centrally-located, but the bus stop is right out front, and the subway station is a short walk. We were able to get to central Rome in about 15 minutes. When Romana found out we were going to purchase a cell phone for use while in Rome, she took the time to bring an extra phone for our use. All in all, a lovely experience, and we would stay here again, no doubt.

Excellent séjour à Rome

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Rome. L'appartement est agréable, très spacieux, très bien équipé. L'accès aux sites touristiques se fait facilement en bus ou en métro. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et réactifs. C'est une location que nous recommandons sans réserve..

Bellissima esperienza!

Siamo stati a Roma per quattro giorni ed era come stare a casa propria, una bella sensazione! Buona la posizione, casa luminosa, nuova, accogliente e molto pulita e ottimi i servizi. Molto gentili e disponibili i proprietari! E' gratificante poter soggiornare in gioiellini come questo: vi meritate sicuramente una pubblicità senza limiti di alcun genere! Da consigliare alle persone che ti stanno più a cuore.

Gran bel appartamento

Appartamento nuovissimo e arredato in maniera funzionale e moderna, ho apprezzato molto la pulizia in tutte le stanze la la funzionalità della cucina che ti consente tutto.
un altra nota a favore dell'appartamento è anche il fatto che è vicino alla metro b(marconi e s.paolo) e a fermate di linee importanti per spostarsi comodamente nella città(170 e 23)
La mia famiglia l'ha affittata per un we e si è trovata benissimo

Ho soggiornato alcuni giorni la prima settimana di settembre, ho trovato l'appartamento di molto superiore alle mie aspettative in quanto, oltre all'estrema pulizia e alla cordialità dei proprietari, ho trovato l'appartamento luminoso, molto silenzioso e soprattutto in una posizione ben collegata con tutti i mezzi pubblici. Lo consiglio senza alcun dubbio !

lo scorso mese ho avuto la necessità di alloggiare a Roma per un convegno e sono veramente felice della scelta che ho fatto nel prenotare questo appartamento che si è rivelato superiore alle mie aspettative per pulizia, accoglienza e sobrietà dell'arredamento. Tornerò per godermi al meglio la città. L'appartamento è molto ben servito da mezzi e metro!

Consigliatissimo !!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento nel periodo di Pasqua ed è stata un'esperienza molto positiva. Casa perfettamente arredata e curata nei minimi dettagli. Pulizia eccellente, proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili.
Non è in centro ma è facilmente raggiungibile grazie alla fermata della metro a 10 minuti. Insomma consigliamo senza esitazioni.

Una bellissima esperienza

L'appartamento è luminoso, silenzioso e arredato con molto gusto. Ma questo si può già intuire dalle fotografie. Ciò che invece non si può percepire sono l’attenzione e la cura dei particolari che non si limita alla scelta degli asciugamani in tinta con i colori del bagno ma si estende agli aspetti fondamentali di igiene e pulizia, assolutamente ineccepibili. Potete usare i guanti bianchi! L’appartamento è situato a cinque minuti dalla basilica di San Paolo e a 10 minuti dalla metropolitana, comunque per i più pigri c’è un autobus che parte sotto casa e porta in pieno centro. I proprietari sono persone estremamente gentili e disponibili oltre ad essere molto simpatici, il che non guasta mai. La miglior referenza è che ho già prenotato il mio prossimo soggiorno nella casa vacanze Shivon.
