In Nansa Valley, between sea and mountain, is "Primorías" Cantabrian old house restored following the guidelines of the local architecture. Surrounded by meadows that are part of an estate of 23hectáreas dedicated to livestock. Ideal for walks, read, enjoy the view or participate in farm work. Housing for 8 people is part of a mountain house. Is divided into three levels: • Ground floor: open space between the kitchen, dining and living room with fireplace and access to a particular field in the back of the house. A bath (bath). • 1st floor: one room with double bed and two doubles. • 2nd floor: double room. Housing is separate and fully equipped: fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, washing machine, heating, iron, television ... bedding and towels. Great holiday house

Just spent 2 weeks at this property with my family. Really enjoyed our stay. Property is clean and spacious and has great access to beautiful beaches and stunning Cantabrian countryside. Kids really enjoyed playing on the farm and the family who own the property were very friendly. Will definitely be coming back...thanks Clara

Authentisches Landhaus und herzlicher Empfang

Ich habe mit meiner Familie diesen Sommer zwei wunderbare Wochen in den Ferienhäusern von Clara verbracht. Schon zu Beginn hat uns Clara, die Eigentümerin (sie spricht sehr gut deutsch), sehr herzlich empfangen und jede Menge Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Die Finca und die Häuser sind echt beeindruckend - ruhig, mitten in der Natur, viel grün und einfach authentisch. Wir konnten dann auch gleich bei der Landarbeit mithelfen - eine 50-köpfige Kuhherde gehört mit zur Finca und muss jeden Tag hungrig von einer auf die andere Wiese geschickt werden. Auch die ganze Umgebung hat sehr gut gefallen - es ist ein eher unbekanntes Spanien - grün, mit felsiger Küste, vielen kleinen versteckten Stränden und wenn man den Blick mal umschweifen lässt hat man hinter sich gleich die Berge (Picos de Europa - bis zu 2600 m hoch) - auch kulturell ist für jeden etwas dabei (Höhlenmalerei, Tropfsteinhöhlen, alte Hammerwerke, Dinosauriermuseum etc.). Einfach sehr empfehlenswert diese Region und Claras Ferienhäuser.
