3 bedroom apartment for 7 people in Madrid with Wifi and A/C

Superbly located, just a few minutes walking to most important attractions in Madrid.

Situated in the heart of the city, the apartment is in The Art Walk because this is probably one of the places with the highest concentration of fine art in the world. Along a stretch of just over one kilometre you can find the Prado Museum, the Reina Sofía Museum and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum.

The Retiro Park, the Royal Botanic Garden, Cibeles, Neptuno, or monuments such as Puerta de Alcala are all whithin easy walking distance

If you want to enjoy Madrid at night whith its bars, restaurants and theaters you can go walking to Huertas Street, Plaza Santa Ana, La Latina or the bohemian and multicultural Lavapies.

This well-sized three bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate 7 guests. It is on the first floor of a building built in the early twentieth century and has 2 balconies. The apartment was recently refurbished and it is fully furnished and has everything you may need to feel right at home during your stay. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. The apartment also has heating, air conditioning, TV and Wifi connection.

The apartment is exceptionally well served by the long-distance train station of Atocha and commuter and subway stations of Atocha, Embajadores and Lavapiés. Also located within 50 meters are the city-bus stops of lines 34, 36, 41, 119, 27, C1 and C2. By car, use the 'Estación de Atocha' exit of the M30 motorway.

Main attractions which can be reach walking from the apartment:

Museums: Museo del Prado, Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza, Museo Nacional de Arte Reina Sofía, Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando, Museo Lázaro Galdiano.

Important attractions: Real Jardín Botánico, Palacio Real, Teatro Real, Biblioteca Nacional, Circo Price, Casa Encendida, Caixa Forum Madrid, Ateneo, Casa de América, Casón del Buen Retiro, permanent book fair in 'Cuesta de Moyano' Street, 'El Rastro' open air flea market.

Pubs and Nightlife: Calle Huertas, Plaza Santa Ana, La Latina, Lavapiés area.

Excellent location and plenty of space for groups

We stayed in the apartment with 5 adults and 2 children very very comfortably. The owners are fantastic; well organized with material that helps finding the place and fast in responding to every communication. I would stay there again. The best is that it is 5 minutes away from the Atocha train station and the metro lines.

O apartamento estava impecável, em todos os aspecto como higiene, limpeza, comforto, estando sempre a resolver qualquer incoveniente, sendo muito prestáveis para resolver qualquer adversidade, estando sempre disponível para solucionar qualquer problema, bem como apresentado desde logo um pequeno guia turistico, e de muito bom acesso apartir da estação de Atocha.
Propriedade condiz com tudo, sempre limpa, ótimo serviço por parte do proprietário, recomendado a 100%, sendo referência e prioritário para uma próxima viagem a Madrid.

Piso amplio muy bien situado

Nos alojamos siete personas en este piso donde encontramos de todo para una estancia inolvidable.
Su situación nos gustó mucho, ya que pudimos ver muchas cosas andando y otras trasladándonos en metro con parada muy cerca del alojamiento.
El propietario muy atento en todo momento, sobre todo a la hora de formalizar el alquiler.
Recomiendo a cualquier persona que quiera disfrutar de Madrid este alojamiento.
