The accommodation comprises 2 master suites, 3 additional bedrooms (+ 2 more bathrooms), spacious living and dining areas, and kite surfing cleaning and storage areas beneath the house. Hammocks and relaxing areas are in abundance, and the view is of the sea in front of you, and the dunes behind you. With the addition of a swimming pool immediately adjacent to the house this year, the house offers an exclusive break for kite surfers and non-kite surfers alike.

A house manager is on site to fulfil your every whim, be it cocktails at sunset or a morning massage, horseback riding or a kite surfing trip down to Jericoacoara, the world famous windsurfing resort town. Book your flight into Fortaleza, Ceara, and our manager will take care of everything else, starting with your transfer to the house, and including everything from massages to childcare. And our private chef prepares all your meals, to ensure you have nothing at all to think about while you are on holiday.

If you're a keen kite surfer or just learning, you will love having your own private stretch of the sea, upwind from the other kite surfing schools so no-one is crossing your path, and if you need some instruction we can provide teachers directly at the house, and a kite surfing assistant to pump and launch for you. Fantastic down winders can be arranged, starting at the house and ending anywhere from 12km to 40km away! The beach buggies follow you all the way and ensure your safety, and take you home in time for dinner and drinks on the balcony. I came here with my boyfriend as he's a kitesurfing addict and comes to the area at least once a year, and he sold it to me as a luxury beach house with a pool, laid back, lots of time for reading etc etc. I saw the photos and thought it could be ok, not exactly what I usually expect out of a beach holiday. But then, after this long journey, we rocked up at the house at night, and I couldn't believe it! It's so much bigger than it looks, miles away from anything else, and once we were inside, I hardly wanted to leave. We managed a lagoon expedition one day which was great, and a night out in Jericoacoara to hear some live samba, but otherwise I was totally happy going for a dip in the sea in the morning, lying in a hammock and jumping in the pool whenever I felt like it. And of course he was in heaven, kitesurfing from in front of the house every day. We ate out in a hotel nearby one night but otherwise the cook's meals are fab, so it was just too easy to stay in. I'm still in 'Prea mode' even now, and we are definitely going back for more. Thanks to Nice and the Dianas for the great stay!
