There is also a dining table inside the apartment which appears to be a desk to work on but can be easily converted and offers space for 4 people to enjoy a meal.

The main bedroom comes with a double bed and ample wardrobe space. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom tastefully done in marble with bath/shower and fresh towels, soap and shampoo ready for use on arrival.

Kitchen: The fully equipped and modern kitchen offers everything necessary in case guests wish to prepare a meal. All appliances are top brands. At the guests disposal are an induction stove, oven, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, microwave, toaster, etc.

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of this elegant building and gets reached by using the glass elevator.

All together we manage four apartments in this building (Paseo de Gracia A, B, C and D). With the first one we started in 2006. This apartment (Passeo de Gracia D), we rent out since August 2012. The buildings community is quiet and there is a very friendly doorman at the entrance. We guaranty that our guests will have a very pleasant stay here.

The apartment is located right in the inner centre of Barcelona. Placa Catalunia, Las Ramblas, the gothic quarter, the harbor, Gaudi's La Pedrera, etc. are within very short walking distance from the apartment. An underground metro station is right in front of the door called 'Passeig de Gracia' with access to 3 lines (L2, L3 and L4).

Passeig de Gracia, where the apartment is situated on is a shopping street. Famous designer brands have their stores here. There are plenty of recommendable restaurants and tappas bars right at the door step.
